Excelente boutique!
De los mejores staff que he visto en hoteles. La hospitalidad del equipo me sorprendió, cualquier detalle era solucionado al instante. La mejor alternativa para estar cerca de los lugares turísticos y al mismo tiempo tener la tranquilidad y el relajo de un hotel boutique al otro lado del río.

The Praya Palazzo is right beside the bustling Chao Phraya River, with all its boat traffic, yet remains quiet and secluded, with a wonderful tropical garden and lovely pool. Central Bangkok can overwhelm with it's dense crowds, hectic traffic, and tiny alleys, but the Praya Palazzo's private water taxi over the river whisks you away from all that to a stately and secluded refuge. A great place to recharge for further adventures

This is an unique property, an ex-private home which is only accessible to guests by it's own ferry boat service. Although this is available 24/7, it did require us to have a phone that we could use in Thailand, to call for the ferry when we wanted to return to the hotel. The food in the restaurant was very good and all the staff were very friendly. The only negative was that the plumbing in our friend's room needed repairing but the hotel were in no rush to do so. They seemed happier to mop up the leak each day rather than get it fixed asap.

Something different.
A period property in a nice location next to the river. A bit isolated and there wasn’t a separate shower or enough plug points but the ambience made up for it. Dinner was great in the Thai restaurant and the service was 1st class. Nice getting around on the hotel water taxi.

This is a unique, beautiful character property. A haven of peace and calm yet so close to the Grand Palace, National Museum etc. Staff were lovely. Restaurant was excellent - first class breakfast and delicious evening meals in a wonderful setting. But the hotel is quirky, and won't suit everyone. There's no access on foot or by car. Hard to believe, but true. Only access is from opposite bank of the river using the hotel's own ferry, which responds quickly and operates 24/7. The hotel has loads of historic character, but the facilities in our room were not as good as they should have been. The bath shower was unuseable due to its design, there was no box of hand tissues and no chairs other than a hard wooden desk chair. The aircon was very old and didn't work very effectively (e.g. no swing.) There was a kettle in the room but the cable was too short to reach the socket. We asked the staff for an extension cable but didn't get one. There was a beautiful lounge upstairs, but the lights were hardly ever on in the evening, nor was the aircon. Overall a wonderful place to stay but several basic practical issues need to be addressed.

シャワーのお湯が出ない（シャワー途中で止まった..）、Safety BOXが開かなくなった＆鍵上げは翌朝になった..、床の軋む音が＆隣室の音が大きい..、廊下照明の灯りが部屋BEDまで届き明るく寝にくい..、高級ルームにも関わらず椅子が一つのみ.. 部屋で寛げない.. 等々 見た目は良いも 中身はヒドイ.. あの値段（２万円強）であの内容はない！もう二度と行くことはないでしょう..

Cet établissement est très bien situé par rapport aux .centres d’interêt de la vieille ville, tout en étant très calme loin de l’agitation. La traversée du fleuve n’est pas un handicap à partir du moment où le bateau navette de l’hôtel nous amène sur simple appel. Le petit déjeuner en partie servi à table est très bon avec des produits frais. La salle de restaurant est un peu austère. Le personnel est accueillant et attentif au bien être des clients.

Very nice and unique period property. Attention and care to preserve original property spirit and style is appreciated. The boat shuttle service was never more than a few minutes away! It was quick, smooth, comfortable and safe. The crew were friendly and helpful. The restaurant is a five star. The front staff is accommodating, knowledgeable and friendly. The Chef and kitchen staff produce phenomenal dishes! Only negative is that some areas need power washing.

Very antique. Did not like how difficult it is to find and arrive at. We came thru the back way bc that is where the park guard and numerous street people sent out tuk tuk driver— very sketchy! The water taxi was great if u can find it

Amazing staff who were very friendly and went out of their way to be helpful. The breakfast was excellent. I also ate dinner one night and it was very tasty. Location is nice, on the river, with easy access to ferries. The only issue is that the private barge does not run 24/7, which made a late night arrival quite interesting. Room was nice. The bed is more Asian style and hard, so not as comfortable for me, but adequate. Would definitely return!

Beautiful and peaceful stay
The old mansion is really lovely, it’s spotlessly clean and the service is friendly, although very slow. The location is an interesting one. It’s beautiful and quiet, and nice to be on the river, but it’s not very convenient because there is no road access. They do try their best to make it as hassle-free as possible by providing a shuttle boat across the river.

Historical hotel
It is a historical Thai hotel. The hotel is well decorated like you are in RAMA 5 era. The restaurant provides Thai-traditional food and this restaurant received Michelin 2021. The hotel is quiet and very private due to there is only one way to reach this hotel. You have to call the hotel and ask them for shutter boat.

Ruhiger gemütlicher Zwischenstop
Schönes kleines, etwas in die Jahre gekommenes Hotel in ruhiger Lage. Sehr schön zum entspannen mit einem Pool. Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Nach unserem 1. Stop im Januar auf dem Weg nach Neuseeland, wurden wir nun beim 2. Stop gleich sehr freundlich mit" Welcome back "begrüßt. Man hatte das Gefühl das Personal erinnert sich an seine Gäste. Auch nahmen sie sich für kleine Gespräche Zeit und waren jeder Zeit bereit kleine Wünsche zu erfüllen.

Oasis of calm and quiet near main city attractions
We really enjoyed our stay at Praya Palazzo. The hotel is an oasis of quiet and calm amidst the bustle of the city. Fab location on banks if the river with easy access by boat and taxi to the main sights. Friendly, helpful staff. Good food. Recommended.

Dear Mr. John, On behalf of management and associate, we would like to express our sincere grateful for a great compliment either on pros or cons. Regarding to your comments about room humid that smells like mold and also a smell from the sewer. I am truely apologies for those casue an inconvenience and on the matter of facts, we will be highly concern to improve its in the nearest future. Because we understand about how you feel which your comment had also been mentioned from a few guests before. Therefore, we had been highly concerned to prevent any inconvenience may cause as we also know that our location is just located above the water level, the building was built with real woods and surrounding by natural that easily create a humid in the air. We have provide every guest room with Dehumidifier machine. Also during period of room cleaning we usually open an ozone adjuster 1-2 hours after complete room set up. Once again, we do apologies to those happened to you and hope other facilities, admotspere especially staff services would gain your hapiness, eventually. Det var en trevlig oas mitt i stan. Rummet var helt okej men personalen va jätte trevlig. Vi skulle åka kl 05.00 till en bus och fick ett frukostpaket med oss! Sån omtanke:)

ホテルも写真の通りとても素晴らしかった！ でもそれ以上にスタッフが全員素晴らしい！ 特に、ボート担当の少し年配の男性スタッフは、８０歳の母を見るなり、笑顔で乗り降りのサポートをしてくれて、とても助かりました。 最高のおもてなしでした。 また来ます！ ありがとう！

It was a lovely, quiet escape from the craziness of Bangkok. The pool was so welcome at the end of a hot day touring and the restaurant food was excellent.
