Ich war in diesen tollen Hotel für 2 Wochen und es war super. Die Zimmer sind super ausgestattet, mit starkem Wlan. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Es gibt neben dem Hotel tolle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Street-Foods. Mit der kostengünstigen Fähre kann man direkt in 10 Minuten die Stadt erreichen. Danke, dass ich hier übernachten durfte.

Great customer service.Property looks new. I didn't like that the air-conditioning and hot water heater had an eco saving functuon which recuced its effects. The hot water was onky a little warm at best. I asked the staff to adjust the room airconditioner and they promptly adjusted it. The front desk staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly .

The room is better than I expected, it smell very nice and super clean. However, I think the breakfast has a lot of room to improve, as the option isn't that much and staffs are often chit chat at the middle of wallkway.

It was a little noisey in the morning, when other guests were checking out and leaving their rooms - the other guests had very little consideration for others.

In my opinion the hotel was not ready for guests. It advertised a pool bar but this was never manned. The pool is not a swimming pool it’s a splash pool. The upstairs restaurant was not accessible and room service took over 2 hrs although food was excellent on arrival. Staff were great but seemed restricted in what they could do.

What a pleasent surprise....
5-star service at Bella B Hotel. After more than 15hours travel from Scandinavia to Thailand, we finally arrived at Bella B Hotel on the morning of Dec 31st 2018. We arrived way too early due to the normal check-in time, and even the lobby was super busy and full of hotel guest checking in/out - two super friendly and polite thai front-desk-guys gave us the most warm welcome and a fast- and early check-in. The hotel is pretty new and in good condition. The in-room wifi is great and the all round hotel facilities is also good. The breakfast is very "Chinese", however we were still able to get fried eggs and some toast and juice. The hotel is a little far from BKK center but offers VERY good value for money and an even greater service. A particular older thai gentleman in a black suit, possibly a hotel manager, walked around the hotel everyday greeting people by name, very impressive. Thank you Bella B, a very pleasent surprise. We will be back...

Bello ma lontano da tutto
Hotel sicuramente nuovo, moderno, molto bello, camere spaziose e dotate di comfort. Purtroppo però lontano da tutto. Per poter visitare qualsiasi zona di Bangkok tenete conto di metterci almeno un'ora per arrivare e non tutti i taxisti vi vorranno portare, (tenete conto di 300 bath per tratta che potranno diventare 200 dopo estenuanti trattative...) A 10 minuti a piedi dalla stazione dei traghetti, ma comunque lontano almeno un'ora di viaggio dalle fermate intetesstae da percorsi turistici.Inoltre i traghetti alle 19.30 di sera finiscono le loro corse e rischiate di trovarvi a piedi...

The hotel is nice for the price you are paying. It has all the essentials, but it is isolated from the city. TIP: there is the ferry just a few blocks away that runs until 5 or 7pm for a very low cost! Chata praya express! USE IT!

The property is in an area which is far from any tourist spot. Cab drivers don’t want to drive to this address... mostly asking an arbitrary amount of money. Bathrooms were dirty. Definitely not a five star place. Complete scam

Lieber woanders übernachten...
Viele Dinge waren sehr unerfreulich. Im Bad stank es permanent nach Kanalisation, ein Tisch im Zimmer war nicht gereinigt und hatte eine völlig versteckte Oberfläche, die Junior Suite hatte nicht wie beschrieben einen separaten Schlaf- und Wohnbereich, sondern nur ein einzelnes Zimmer, von den abgebildeten Sitzgelegenheiten keine Spur. Der Koffer fand nur auf einem Stuhl Platz, da es keine andere Ablage gab - dafür gab es dann außer dem Bett keine weitere Sitzgelegenheiten mehr im Zimmer. Dazu kamen dann noch die Horden von chinesischen Reisegruppen, die sich sehr lautstark im sehr hellhörigen Gebäude bemerkbar machten. An ruhigen Schlaf war kaum zu denken, auch weil die Klimaanlage laut röhrte. Alles in allem ein sehr schlechter Aufenthalt. Wenn möglich, würde ich immer empfehlen woanders zu übernachten.

The hotel is new, clean, I didnt have an issue with the minimalist approach either. Unfortunately experience was ruined upon checkout...Staff insisted to check if I used the minibar. Subtly accused me of lying and stealing a 10 baht sugar soda can, making matters worse is that I am diabetic and cant ever drink that sugar drink, they insisted its my fault despite my generous tips to ever random employee who approached me since check in. My driver waiting outside so they insisted I confess to the crime I didnt commit and pay the 18 baht penalty, I paid them 40 baht knowing that it makes me accept the insult, they unfortunately were still convinced I was lying! I can accept the minimalist amenities and cheap furniture for a 5 star hotel, but how can I accept this poor customer service as 5 Star customer service :(

Hotellet är helt ok. Jag blev lite besviken bara när hotels.com skriver som rubrik "femstjärnigt lyxhotell". Det är absolut varken eller. 3,5-stjärnigt standardhotell är rätt benämning. Det ligger ett stycke bort från centrum och är inget "falang-hotell". De som bor här verkar vara nästan uteslutande bussresande asiater Vilket innebar kaos vid frukosten oavsett tidpunkt. Inte någon av de taxichaufförer vi åkte med under 3dagar hittade till hotellet Utan guidning. Annars var rummet bra. Personalen trevliga och poolen var riktigt bra.

Alles ok für kleines Geld . Lage an der Autobahnauffahrt in einem abgelegenen Bangkokviertel. Allerdings 5 min Fussweg zum Pier v ChaoPraya, womit man überall hin kommt f 15 Bht Im Hotel super freundlich, grosses Zimmer .

Nice new hotel, staff is super helpful and smile all the time. Cleanliness in the room is quite poor - sticky stains and hairs on floors, sticky stains on the top tables, dirty and dusty mirrors - they should take care more otherwise it’ll turn into horrible dirty hotel soon. However our stay was pleasant and I still recommend this hotel.

Quality, but too far from BKK Centre
I stayed for a week at Bella B Hotel, the facilities and service were of good standard, but the atmosphere at the hotel is non existent. It feels like a B&B and perfect to lay your head after a day in busy BKK but not to spend an evening at the restaurant etc. The atmospheric music in the hallway was too loud and was to be heard in the room ruining sleep and in the day, as the hotel is fairly new the restoration work could be heard. The hotel is in the nonthaburi area, which is outside of central BKK and within walking distance of a Power station, anticipate that at peak times NO taxi driver will be prepared to take you and theres no metro/train station within minutes walking distance. Everytime I caught a taxi he was unaware of the hotel, location and how to get there. Therefore I had to call the hotel reception everytime for them to direct the taxi driver, which is annoying and costs substantially for non thai tourists. The hotel is good in facilities and service, but location and transportation options pulls the score down drastically. Facilities 8/10 Service 9/10 Location 2/10

The hotel has a very friendly staff and if you have any questions the receptionists helping you in every way as they can. The room I had was clean and the king-size bed comfortable. For this prize performance everything was perfect for me.

Nice hotel, friendly staff and very helpful. Pool is very nice and the rooms are clean and comfortable. It's not near the main tourist spits so i ts better value and quieter, but it's still only s short tsci ride anywhere and the taxies are cheap.

快適だけど、立地はまぁまぁ。
とても快適な滞在でした。スタッフもとても感じがよかったです。立地はそこまでいい場所ではありませんでしたが、水上バスに乗りたいのであれば乗り場まで歩ける距離なので良いと思います。
