We did our best to communicate this to everyone with upcoming reservations, so we’re sorry if the text we sent you on 23rd April didn’t get through to you, or you haven't noticed closure on Expedia. We’re sorry to hear that these unforeseen issues impacted your stay. We strive to uphold a safe and enjoyable environment for all of our guests, and sometimes this requires unanticipated maintenance.
