Fantastic friendly checking in staff (although check in was st a different location as we arrived a little early) - easy parking and WiFi ! Very convenient for shops / restaurants and bars

They were bought by The Bandon Inn which is great but no staff on premises. You have to go to the Bandon Inn to check in which is fine but would be helpful to know before check in.

I liked the on the go breakfast. I wish we would have been notified prior to check in for the location of the hotel across the road to check in there.

Perhaps a little dated but for the price it was clean and the water pressure in the shower was great. The balcony rooms really aren't worth the extra as you overlook a gas station on the 101 (road noise) and don't see much water, but the balcony was on the opposite side of the room from the entry so it was nice not having people walk by. You could leave the curtains open and not have folks looking in. Id stay again.

The check in office was at different address - hard to find. Also didn't like to fill out a paper for breakfast each day, then have to drive to a different location to pick it up.

Great location in Old Town where there are gift shops, sea food restaurants, fabulous chocolate shops, and wonderful beaches for walking.

For a short stay, don't bother to pay for the "ocean view". Lighthouse Cove is across the street and a couple of blocks from the water. Breakfast is not on-site. They do have a unique arrangement with the nicer facility nearby. It works fine (we aren't big breakfast eaters) but involves driving up to pick up our "sack lunch" style of breakfast ordered the night before.

Room was clean and big. Checking in was a bit of a pain since it was at a different hotel. Breakfast simple. Location was good, centrally located.

Room was very noisy as it was on the highway 101 side. It is too close to the highway. I didn't sleep much. Limited parking. Staff is excellent and helpful. Try their other location at Bandon Inn instead.

Great room with everything we needed: multiple little shampoo& conditioners, soaps, hair dryer, coffee, cups, and refrigerator. The room had an updated paint scheme and plenty of lighting, a fan, and a heater. One of the better rooms for the price.

This hotel is run by the Bandon Inn that takes much better care of their guests over there. Please note: You need to check in over at that property, order the free breakfast and pick it up at that property, and enjoy coffee over at that property. I don’t know why this hotel is neglected but be aware.

We have stayed here before which is why I booked again. But there is a change in ownership. The office was closed and had to go to hotel up the street to ck in. Just a little inconvenience but the rooms are always nice & clean and love the location for an easy walk to Old town for dinner, breakfast & some shopping,

The room was nice and clean but there was no hot water. When I told the staff about it, all that was said was sorry. We also had to drive to their other property to pick up breakfast.

The check in process was very inconvenient. The website says if you’re within the normal check in time you should be able to check in on site. However we arrived just after 5:00 and still had to go down the road to check in. There was a significant wait to check in and then we still had to go back to the actual hotel. Check out was the same inconvenient process.
