When walking into this home, the first thing you see is the ocean right out of the front window, absolutely beautiful.. the layout of the home was perfect for some of my family to have privacy. I did not like how the only tv's in the home were in front of hide-a-beds. At night only the people in bed could watch tv and have some privacy. The bathrooms and bedrooms were nice. Plenty of linens and towels. After arriving we noticed the internet was not working. It says that it's online but when you connect to the internet it says "no internet connection". On the second day I called Vacasa to inform them of the internet outage, the agent advised me to call tech support for the internet company. I called, the modem wasn't getting power at all and had been offline since May 2nd. The tech support agent said they could send out a technician on the 4th day of our 5 day stay. We had plans for that day and I was not going to wait there for an internet technician. The agent said that if I was on the account I could take the modem to a store (30 minutes away) of the internet company and swap the modem but obviously I was not on the account. I needed the wifi to support the business I run at home, which I was unable to do without the wifi. I had very intermittent phone reception.
