"The property was great for a family however the downstairs unit is difficult when there are upstairs tenants at the same time from a different party. They also had dogs and so it was difficult to get rest. Every movement upstairs and even talking is heard clearly downstairs so our family was awake while the couple upstairs partied and enjoyed each other's company until 3am. "This is a completely automated check in. There are also sound recording sensor on one of the outlet in the rooms that are there if let the management know if there is load noises. The room advertises what automated system they are using so I was able to look up the sensor. It claims it does not record but monitors if the sound level is to high and reports it to the management. I do not know if I believe that, but I thought I would let others know."

"This is our second time staying in one of these rooms! This one was perfect for me and my two teens. The rooms are very basic but updated with everything we need and have some cute beach-themed touches. Both times we have been very comfortable. The location is convenient to everything by a very short drive (not super walkable but it’s also not in the tsunami inundation zone either, which helps ME sleep sounder!). We’ll definitely be back again!"

"This was a decent place to stay for two nights. Since there are not many windows, there is no airflow through the small space. Therefore it is warm and stuffy and sometimes has a smell. They do include a fan which helps. The water was dangerously hot and hard to control. The beds were comfortable and we had everything we needed."
