Gorgeous

A beautifully finished property, with gorgeous surroundings. The owners have thought of absolutely everything we could want or need during our stay. The gardens and games room are perfect for our family. With loads to do, we hardly left the farm at all.

Absolutely wonderful

We had a great time at Heath Farm Cottages. Everything is done with such great eye for detail and we felt really welcome. We loved the evenings in the hot tub overlooking the amazing surroundings with a beautiful sunset.

a good stop away from the city life with many things to do

I love the old cottage feel and vibes of the place. it was quiet with many activities to do and felt very private especially when we arrived on the weekday, it felt like it was only us and the owners. we enjoyed the activities like walking trails, fishing and feeding the goats. also it is quite a central location able to drive to many other activities

Wonderful stay in the Cotswolds

Magnificent surroundings, the cottage was perfect in every way. The owners have thought of everything to make the place so inviting and warm. Nothing could have been done better, it is absolutely wonderful. Can’t wait to come back again!

Heaven in the cotswolds

The cottage was lovely and our hosts were most accommodating. They greet you with this spectacular cake ( I got the ginger - superb). I cook a lot and the appliances were modern and the kitchen well-equipped with every utensil you could want. Would highly recommend.

The perfect weekend getaway

Walnut was so beautiful. A really special stay. Loved the hot tub, the super clean and amazing decor. Loved all the eco touches. Amazingly well kitted out kitchen and games shed. The grounds are incredible. Will definitely be staying again!

A great week in the English country side!

After spending a week in London, my wife and I stayed a week at the walnut cottage with our 2 kids and it was great! The location, the staff, the accomodations (e.g.: private spa) and the overall comfort were excellent! I strongly recommend to everyone looking for quiet space to relax while still being just a short drive from nice English attractions.

A perfect stay

I stayed at Walnut for 4 nights with my two children and my husband (to celebrate his birthday). Such a beautiful place with plenty to entertain the children. They loved the trampoline, the games room and the outdoor games available at the games hut. We had a bbq and toasted marshmallows in our private little garden area and spent a lot of time relaxing in the hot tub. A perfect, relaxing stay.

Romantic hide away in The Cotswolds

Heathfarm is a magical place with beautiful joinery, warmly decorated rooms, ultra comfortable, very nice fireplace all set on a tranquil wonderfully landscaped garden/woodland. The privat hottubs with breath-taking views over water and grass lands on to the hills are fantastic. Indulge your self and go I'd say.

Wedding party Weekend

Honestly the experience of the farm is just amazing and I cannot recommend Heath Farm enough - we stayed at Walnut and the view over the courtyard is amazing There is absolutely everything you could possibly want from weighing scales to toiletry products, pizza oven, BBQ , dressing gowns and towels and the hot tub of course Honestly such a magical place we cannot wait to return and hope to return year after year Mon and Sacha absolutely make it a place to relax and make your own whilst there

A return visit

We have not stayed at Heath Farm for a few years and we’re looking forward to our return. The welcome was as friendly as before and the changes they have made just adds an additional layer of luxury to an already exquisite property. Walnut is comfy and homely and the opportunity to sit in front of an open fire just completes it as the ultimate place to stay.

WOW! Stunning property

We were there for work (hired another smaller cottage as well) but wished we were on holiday. The design of the interior and the furniture are just stunning. You can see that great care has been taken with no short cuts. The bathroom is something else - just fabulous. Everyone was so helpful and attentive - making it a perfect rent, can't recommend highly enough.

Wedding Weekend

We had our wedding here so all the cottages were booked out for the family. Everyone was taken aback by the care and attention paid to every detail. The cottages were a delight - cosy, quiet, comfortable Everyone at the wedding said they’d be looking in to booking their own weekend away at Heath Farm; it’s immaculate and so are all the cottages.

Walnut

A beautiful, spacious cottage finished to the highest standard. Bedding was lovely. There is a huge table for entertaining. The owners have thought of everything, and provided plenty of basics, such as herbs, tea and coffee, pepper and salt, toiletries etc. They made us feel very welcome. Everywhere was immaculately clean. The grounds/gardens are excellent with lots of activities which kept us busy.

Fantastic venue

It's a fantastic place to stay. Walnut is very comfortable, but be aware there are steps outside and stairs to bedrooms. The private garden area to this accommodation is a bonus, and we used the hot tub every day. Lovely walks around the 70 acres and the small lake has trout if you like to fish - also other equipment available for the water. The whole area is beautifully laid out with a rill in the courtyard and the water trickling down is very soothing. The staff and family are exceptionally kind and helpful. A quiet relaxing place to stay. Lots to do within a 30 minute drive.

Family holiday

We stayed for 5 nights in Walnut Cottage & my kids didn't want to leave after that. We loved everything - games lawn, sgtand-up paddle boarding in the lake, catching/feeding fish in the lake, walking around the spacious grounds, clean & well-equipped kitchen. Only down side was the extremely hot weather in the afternoons which was out of anyone's control. Thankfully, the cottage was so comfortable we could just have a short siesta or read during the hot afternoons.

Fantastic break - will be rebooking!

We stayed in Walnut cottage, as a girls holiday for four friends. The cottage was immaculate and the owners even put fresh flowers out when we got there, picked fresh from Their garden which was a lovely touch! The grounds were beautiful and tranquil and it was such a relaxing break for us all. So peaceful which is just what we wanted. We made good use of the games room and private hot tub. We even got a local take away delivered one evening. Would highly recommend, we are already thinking about rebooking in the future!

Another wonderful stay at Heathfarm

As a family, we returned for our 5th or it may even be our 6th visit! It was a gem of a find, once lockdown madness ended, and we cannot think of anywhere better to enjoy a family holiday. The Barbour family are always amazing in their welcome and you will find everything, and more, on hand to enjoy your relaxing stay. There are many wonderful places to visit locally but if you just want to relax and unwind there is no where more perfect. The cottages all have their own individual character and everything you need is provided. Since we first visited hot tubs have been added so you can enjoy the amazing views whist soaking in the bubbles! You won’t be disappointed and I am sure you will be return visitors like us!
