"My husband and 3 children stayed here for 5 nights at the end of March. Everything about this villa was amazing! The villa was huge, clean, and better than any 5 star hotel. The customer service was the besr that I have ever experienced. They came every day to clean the villa and bring a 5 gallon water jug for the water cooler and fresh ice. We had chefs come one evening and it was the best meal we had in Thailand - and there was so much food that it fed us for days! And probably the best part...

"The property manager, Ms. Prakong was very proactive in helping. She communicated with us when we would arrive. She checked us in once we arrived and made sure everything in the home was up to standards. She helped us book different outings like kayaking, hiking the Tiger Cave Temple, massages, and transportation to our next area. She was definitely very helpful. The house and pool were very beautiful and nicely kept. I would definitely recommend this place. "

"The condo was perfect for us and just as described. It was so clean and we appreciated the coffee and the espresso maker. The view is amazing! The staff here is awesome! When you go out or come back the golf cart comes to get you very quickly. Cha Cha is welcoming and friendly, calling us by name every time we went out and came back to the condo. She had some great recommendations for our dining and activities.The pool and gym are pristine too. We highly recommend Silk Condos. "
