"We changed room twice because air-conditioning unit was bad in 1 room smelt like damp clothes, the other room also had issues with air-conditioning unit and the extractor fan in bathroom did not work so room smelt of pee, the towel rack was hanging off wall, we was on 5th floor and no lift which was annoying "

"Room was good though quite small. Annoying problem: there are no bedside tables!! Bathroom was excellent, with tub and separate shower. Excellent water pressure. Hot water availability was hit or miss. Pool was nice. Exercise room was non-functional; one treadmill and one exercise bike unplugged and just sitting there. Warning if you are at all mobility impaired: there are four steep, narrow steps to get to the rooms, with no railing and no way around them! Staff was pleasant and mostly helpful,...

"Your hotel 's staff is good . reception & cleaning staff is OK
But,there is no patio and top roof.
You must tell the truth,therefor your staff has problems.
And if you have shower toilet,I will stay at Racha at least 20days for a year.

"I booked this room based on the Google Maps location so that we would be within walking distance to the Water Buffalo Racing Festival. The location on Google showed .5km, the actual distance from the festival was 7.1kms, NOT walking distance.
We also didn’t enjoy waiting for 30 minutes for a staff member to show up for our check in. Another guest was waiting too, but walked away after waiting longer than us.
And finally, after a long drive, I didn’t notice until the next day that the staff...
