"Myself and two senior women friends rented this two bedroom, two bath supposedly cottage for 29 nights, the month of March, what it was, two bedrooms,two baths and a hallway, a very small kitchen outside of our locked unit, that's all. I questioned Mr. Appleton, with a note about our concerns, beginning, how did he think that three senior women who were expecting a cottage according to his description and listed amenities manage for a month in that. "We enjoyed our stay tremendously. It was very relaxing and refreshing. We were able to use the hot tub the first night, which was great, but the second night it didn't work for some reason. Overall it was a great experience and I would recommend this place for your next vacation stay."

"Property was clean, the property manager and Donna were very helpful and communicative, regardless of when we called they responded quickly and were both very helpful with our requests. The location is close to activities such as mystic mountain and dunns river. Also close to restaurants and supermarkets. Location is ideal and always felt safe in the area. "
