El cuarto que me dieron estaba asqueroso muy sucio las sábanas no se avían cambiado llena de pelos olían muy mal avían cucarachas en todos lados estaba todo sucio me fui el mismo día solo estuve allí por 30 minutos intenté bañarme y no pude me dio tanto asco estar en ese baño

TENDRÍA QUE ESTRA CERRADO ES UN BASURERO LITERAL
Es una basura de hotel, la verdad fue asqueroso no soportamos estar allí, nos entregaron una habitación sucia sin limpiar ni arreglar las camas parecía que alguien estaba allí; fue una experiencia horrible, olía fatal a todos los malos olores que se puedan imaginar las paredes parece que se están cayendo, las grada o el pasillo del segundo piso parece que no soporto a más un peso y está por derrumbarse, había basura en todos lados, que más puedo decirles de lo asqueroso que estaba. HOTELES.COM NO DEBERÍA TENER EN SU PÁGINA ESTA OPCIÓN PORQUE NO ESTÁ HABITABLE CREO QUE LA CIUDAD DEBERÍA IR A INSPECCIONARLOS PORQUE DEBERÍAN CLAUSURAR ESTOS BASUREROS

Muy regular el primer cuarto que me dieron el aire estaba dañado me lo cambiaron pero habian cucarachas pequeñas ya estaba muy tarde era solo por unas horas pues me quede a dormir pero no a gusto

Not a place to bring your family! Sketchy at BEST. Room was not clean, 1 towel and 1 washcloth for 3 people. Half a sheet on one of the beds with no blanket. It was not for us. Thankfully, the gal at the desk was very understanding and we were not charged. We went across the street to another hotel.

We found ants and cockroaches, then the toilet overflowed after just peeing. The second room was better but still not sure how clean it was because of the first room. Also, there was no pack-n-play for the kids so we didn’t get much sleep.

I had to switch rooms 3 times the first time I couldn't get in my room because the key thing had to be charged, the second room the faucet handle was broken off, the third room the refrigerator didn't close and the had a strong odor. I had asked for a room I had before which was ok just no towels. They need an upgrade and better cleaning service or cleaning people

Was locked out of my room for 2 hours because, the key car in which, was giving to me stopped working. The master key didn't work either. I had to wait in my car until the machine charged up. For them to reactivate. Poor place. A couple was also arguing very loud. I was afraid i couldn't get into the room. This place is dangerous no security insite.

Generally filthy property in need of new ownership. Remarkably, no towels in the room even after requesting them. Target was an easy walk to buy some but it added $30 to the cost of my stay. No breakfast despite what they advertise. On site restaurant was closed and filled with dirty mattresses. Water damaged ceilings and walls in my room and a weird musty cigarette smell. No blanket or comforter on the bed, just a top sheet. Stained sheets and carpet. No hangers in the "closet." Wobbly and loose fixture in the bathtub. Sink had a slow drain. And for whatever reason, there was one positive. The landscaping was nice.

Gave it two stars because the gal behind the desk did her best. We were charged an extra 40 dollars for the privilege of checking in early because there was a clean room available. The "clean" room reeked of cigarettes, the floor was dirty and sticky in the bathroom, the shower curtain had hairs and grime on it. There were cigarettes burn holes in our sheets and no blankets on the beds. Even after the first night there the smell was bad. Would not recommend

Everything going on at the motel. fighting and young crowd partying all night. I reserved a king got there . I had to argue that the room They gave me was dirty and not a king. They change my room to a king but mice where in there. They wouldn’t change my room again though so I changed my stay from 4 night stay to 1 night and got outta there

This property was grossly dirty with visible mold in the dresser drwawers and cigarette burns in the sheets and blankets. Smell was horrible and no towels were in the room/bathroom.

The rooms need to be updated. The room I had was okay. No wash rags were provided for my room. The heater unit did not work properly initially. I had to keep turning the heat up and down for the heat to actually kick on. But when the heat kicked on it stayed on. I was a little concerned about past reviews about roaches. So, I bought a big container of "Home Defense" bug spray and bed bug spray. I sprayed the whole room I was in from top to bottom. I did not see any roaches or bugs, but I did not chance it. Maybe because it just snowed, and it was cold outside. But other than that, not bad for the price.

The rooms are very old with stains, holes in the walls, horrible, dark decor. Not enough lighting, electricity or chairs. Everything looks damaged or stained. Analog t.v. only and limited internet. Toilets and sinks clogged. Ugly and depressing. Office staff friendly and helpful. Repairs took a long time.

Bad for business!
Absolute horror!!! It was reserved for my girl and she had to be moved 3 times before she felt "ok" I called Hotels.com who called the Ramada and they refused to comp her with half the money back for the inconvenience. The lamp has no prong plug on it. Heat not working in 20-degree weather and a blanket was brought to the room personally by their staff with blood stains.

Never Again
One of the worst hotels I've ever stayed in. Outlet in bathroom didnt work. No trash can. No hangers. Safe broken. Didn't clean room until after I left. AC didn't work. Called multiple times but service was poor. Drunks and parties woke me up.

Dont stay here.
It was terrible. Ceiling leaked, blinds were torn and didnt close all the way, staircaes smelled of pee, dirty sheets, etc.

I thought I was staying in a 90’s motel. They were stains and holes in the linens. (Bed sheets and pillow cases) Dirty door and walls. No closet, bad lighting, dirty draws, ironing board and iron stores in the corner of the bathroom. No towels or wash clothes in the room. Fridge and microwave placed on top of the dresser. Staff was not present when I arrived and I had to wait 15 minutes for them to return. Everything at this property needs to be upgraded. Terrible.
