Stayed at this lovely 3 story row house while we were in Baltimore. House was fully stocked- linens, towels, dishes etc. washer dryer was bonus! Beds were comfortable & warm (happened to hit cold front during our stay). Lots of room for families or multiple people. Owner communicated clearly & was easily accessible when needed. Great area of Baltimore, ½ block from a park, 15-20 min walk from Fells Pt. There is parking in back- we just used Uber/ Lyft during our stay. We loved our stay!

Really super! Nice area, pretty street particularly with the holiday lights. Parking was easy. The house is great. Small footprint but really plenty of room. Beds comfortable and two bathrooms, one upstairs by the bedrooms and the other in a finished basement. Ceiling is low, it is what it is, but the downstairs bathroom is really nicely done. Rafi is awesome! Great communication before and during our stay. Very interested in our stay meeting expectations and progressing smoothly. Overall I great experience. Would definitely stay again.

The home was wonderful and the host especially helpful. We loved the interior and all the amenities. The location was fabulous for a delightful visit to Baltimore. It was especially nice to have a parking space for our car and the home's location was fantastic. Any questions we had, the host responded immediately and every aspect of our stay was excellent.

Quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors. Having the private parking spot in the back was a plus. Host communication was friendly and helpful. We moved our granddaughter into her dorm at MICA and it made the move much easier having a home base for our family to rest and recharge.

Rafi was great and goes above and beyond. This location was conveniently only 10 minutes away from an event I catered. My whole catering team was able to stay with all the space. The microwave went out and Rafi came and checked it out, while also dropping off an air mattress for my guests and left to buy a NEW microwave and brought it back! That’s top tier!If I ever have to do any events again at the venue, this is where I’ll be staying!

2nd stay here; hope to be back!

This place is great. It’s been updated since our 1st stay a few years ago. Plenty of space, washer/dryer, easy access to everything. Well equipped kitchen, refinished bathrooms, comfy beds and seating. Rafi, the owner, is super attentive and communicates throughout the stay. We stayed here as it was close to our events. We even had two cars this time; the space in the back is awesome, and though parking can get a little crowded on the street, we never had an issue finding a spot. Patterson Park is beautiful, the nearby restaurants are great, and the neighborhood is pretty quiet. We really love this place.

Base for History Exploring

Seven of us slept and prepared food comfortably while visiting sites in Baltimore, Phiadelphia, and DC. Teens are tall but managed the low ceilings in basement with really nice blow up mattress. Everything was clean and owner was very responsive and kind. Well provided for supporting kids (younger particularlly with stroller, games. etc). Enjoyed stay!

Nice stay in good location

Property is exactly as described. The neighborhood is pretty quiet and the kitchen is well-equipped. Great location, being next to the park. I had long morning walks each day before rest of family woke up, looking at trees and birds. Experience with host was excellent. Rafi called me prior to our even checking in, and was very responsive whenever I had a question. He and his family have the hosting thing figured out! I would be happy to stay here again.

Wish I Had Found This Sooner

My husband has been hospitalized at JH since March 20 awaiting a liver transplant. I had been staying at the Residence Inn as it was a 5 min walk but the week one week, they were booked solid. I found this property and quickly booked it around 2am one night Wed to Sat. By morning, he had taken a turn and i messaged the host and within minutes I had it confirmed to check in Monday to Saturday. They had it turned around and cleaned for me within hours. The host checked on me to ensure I got in ok and was just so incredibly kind.There are QR codes to help you with WiFi and the alarm. The first full day I was spaced out and didn’t hear the door unlock and he quickly helped me out (user error). The street is beautifully quaint. The house is amazing. The primary bed was super comfy and the alarm made me feel secure despite traveling alone. I had parking in front every day except Friday when I got called back to the hospital at 7p and the parking pad outback saved the day. 6 mins or less to the Orleans garage. Cannot recommend it enough!!(Rafi; we got our liver last night - they saved my husband’s life)

Great Stay in Baltimore!

We came to Baltimore for a week and Rafi's place was great! The proximity to the park can't be beat, there was plenty of room for our family, and the kitchen is th best stocked that we've ever had in a rental! We didn't need the baby items, but it would be so easy to stay here with a toddler or infant with the provided gear. Communication with Rafi was fast and easy, and he was very understanding when we set the alarm off by accident. We would definitely stay here again!

Book it! You won't regret it.

Excellent host who was very responsive and helpful. The property gives an authentic Baltimore experience with row house living and is close to some amazing restaurants and venues. For us traveling with two large dogs, the proximity to Patterson Park was awesome for walks. The furnishings and kitchen equipment worked well for us hosting a couple of family members for drinks and dinner. Beds were comfortable with sheets and towels comparable or better than hotels. If you are looking for a well appointed, in town, safe location that offers an authentic Charm City vibe, book this property.

Milton Row House

We had an excellent stay on Milton Avenue. Accommodations were perfect for us and our dogs. We were able to get downtown easily and it was a quick walk to the park for the dogs. Our host was great. They made everything very easy. Would stay again if the need occurs.

Fantastic house and cute neighborhood, perfect for families

The two-story rowhome was in a terrific neighborhood of Baltimore. The owner was super communicative to ensure a smooth check-in process and gave us helpful tips for things to do with young kids. The house had a great layout with a big finished basement that added so much to the living space. The house comes with a parking spot thats takes some getting used to if you have a big car, otherwise it was awesome to have. The only negative we saw was one of the old fashioned door knobs was loose and led to a few of us getting stuck inside the bedroom. Owner was good about talking through the issue before it happened, and hopefully his handyman fixed it as planned. We loved it overall and would likely stay there again.

Great Place, Great Host

Overall, everything as described. Great little neighborhood near the park and within ten minutes drive if everything we wentto see/do! House alarm system was easy to use and made for an extra level of comfort. A couple, small cleanliness inconveniences but host was immediately responsive and addressed it. Host was best I've ever worked with on VRBO!!

Great historic house in perfect location

Check-in was easy , security getting in:out of house was great. Beds were comfortable. My daughter took over the basement as her own personal apartment 😃 The location adjacent to Patterson Park was wonderful- I walked miles in the park each morning of our stay. Thank you, Rafi! Nicely appointed row house

Greatly appreciated Rafi's (owner) great communication and follow up throughout the booking process and stay. While this is a row house, it is comfortable, a good value, and relatively quiet for its city location.

Family vacation

Beautiful house. The host was great. The check in process was quick and easy. The host provided lots of recommendations on getting around the city and places to eat. The parking spot out back was a bit tricky to maneuver.
