It was kind of disappointing arriving at 11 pm and they don’t have any snacks (we only found Doritos and Cheetos, and overpriced oatmeal). The kitchen was closed and the receptionist told us that DoorDash was the only option. People at the desk were very nice and polite, but they really need to have more options on site.

Mi dormitorio no estába limpia como yo lo esperaba, la mesa de noche tenía una mancha muy profunda. Se miraba como fuese de comida de varios días. Llame al front desk para hacer saber y me digieron que ya llegaban y nunca llegaron. A las 2 horas volví a llamar y ya no contestaron la llamada. Al otro día encontré a una manager y me ayudo, ella mando a alguien a limpiar. La señora que limpio dijo que disculpara pero que La Mancha se miraba del mismo color que el mueble. Ayer por la mañana era mi día de check out, mi esposo y yo estábamos revisando al rededor de la habitación si todo estaba listo y asegurado que no se quedará nada. Y mi esposo encontró una lata vacía a la orilla de una cama. Eso que significa ???????!!!!! ACLARÓ…. NO SOY DE HACER COMENTARIOS NEGATIVOS, PERO ESTO NO DEVIO DE PASAR….. GRACIAS !!!!

Check-in time was 4pm and it was almost 5:30pm and they “didn’t know” when my room was going to ready. They said I could either wait or for “$10 per night we can upgrade you to a harbor room” I thought sure what the heck, $10 to get a room and a shower and not wait around even longer. But in retrospect I’m thinking why couldn’t they just cover the $10 extra if my room wasn’t ready.. 90 mins past check in? Craziness. Only other complaint was that the room was very hot, and when you turned it down low, it barely pushed any air out of the ac. Annoying.

We had a reservation for several nights. Arrived after all day of traveling to find they had our reservation but did not have a room for us. We had to go to a motel. It was such an inconvenience. Hyatt did not go above and beyond to make it right. I will never stay at Hyatt Inner Harbor again. Do not recommend!

Perfect location and great views! The hotel was clean and most of the staff, very friendly. Our only complaint was the bartender. We went to the bar one night for something to eat and have a drink. The bartender had no personality and he let us order without telling us there were Happy Hour specials. The food was ok.

Large open area were nice. But parking is outrageously expensive for someone already paying to stay over. Then add on the fact that they wouldn’t even offer late checkout until the morning, which defeats the purpose. Bed was subpar and I woke up with a bad back. Wouldn’t stay again.

Stayed here to go to Camden yards. Easy walk(5 min), garage is in/out, fort mchenry is 5-10min drive, walk to inner harbor

We received kind service at check in, and had a cozy room. Our city view window also gave us a nice glimpse of the harbor, which was pretty at night. We were able to easily walk to some shops, the aquarium, and Camden Yards.
