Dirty broken place in a good location

The place did have a good view and was a good location. Unfortunately my wife didn’t enjoy having to clean the place when we first arrived. There was food on the floor and drink messes on almost all the counter tops. She enjoyed other ladies fake eye lashes on the floor. Other peoples shoes left under the bed. They do have cleaning supplies for the house available for the tenants. They do not have any hand soaps and we only had 1 towel for the 6 days. We texted a few time with no response. Additionally the master bathroom sink is broken and the large mirror in the living room is not secured to anything. But if you get hungry there was plenty of food on the floor and carpet.

Too many inconveniences

With fees and taxes, cost/night was not worth it. When I was trying to clarify parking and key situation, the owner communicated with me as if I were familiar with the area, building, and knew him as a person - I had the sense they felt the answers to my questions should be self-explanatory. The apartment was not as clean as I would like (dead bugs on floor, dirty windows, no garbage bags in bathroom trash cans, no hand soap, no top sheet on bed), it is also is in great need of a week of routine upkeep (painting, grouting, flooring is coming up off floor…). You will not be able to sleep if you need any semblance of darkness (blinds only stop glaring sun, so we were up by 6am). In hindsight, I should have paid the few extra hundred dollars for a hotel. With a week of upkeep, improved cleaning and an investment in better blinds for the bedroom, this place could be worth a stay. The area was great, right next to fells point and seemed overall safe. I did not use any of the building amenities but we would have liked to use the gym but there was no information provided - plus we were explicitly asked to not speak to the front desk.

Short stay

We stayed one night at this unit. IT was in a very nice neighborhood however the unit was not clean when we arrived. The host came right away and cleaned up (made the beds etc) but the showers were still not clean (hairs etc). Neither couple would use the shower. IT is definitely not a luxury rental. The furnishings were minimal and sparse. Would not stay again

Great Location!!! But...

My wife and I were coming to Baltimore to visit our son who is stationed at Fort Meade. I am a planner and like to have directions, reservations, and everything in place prior to leaving on our trip. My first attempt to communicate with the property owner was 6 weeks prior to our arrival, I knew it was too soon, but I tried, no response. I attempted 5 more times, once per week, without any response until the morning of our arrival. We were given specific instructions to park in a designated parking area. We circled several times looking for the designated parking area with no luck. We went inside and asked the security officer for directions and they didn’t understand the instructions either. We circled again and found a young woman walking outside the building and she was able to give us directions. Once inside, the apartment was very nice. Clean to a point. We went to put our shower kit into one of the drawers in the bathroom, but there was a dirty towel. The towels that were set out for us to use were wet from being recently washed. The shower had the drain cover turned upside down with parts scattered. It felt like it was in repair. The location of the apartment was ideal, close to everything we wanted to do. We just won’t be staying here again!!!

Beautiful Property

This property was everything as advertised and more! Beautiful place with a stunning view of the Inner Harbor. Walking distance to all the attractions, including Camden Yards and the Aquarium. We would definitely stay there again!!

Excellent

Gorgeous views. Great location. Walking distance to everything. Felt safe. There was construction but we were out by the time it started and they were done when we came back so it didn’t bother us at all. Had a delay with the cleaning crew which caused us to check in a little late but the property management made it right. Will stay again when we return.

Clean with stunning views

The building and the space is beautiful and very clean! In a safe area and close to restaurants/retailers. The view is unmatched and the host was very communicative with any help we needed. Definitely my go to in Baltimore and will be back!
