"Es un hotel grande, por lo que percibí es tradicional. El servicio del personal es muy amable. Tuvimos un inconveniente en la cena y actuaron de inmediato, incluso no cobraron el platillo aunque lo repusieron. Las habitaciones son amplias (suites) el estacionamiento es amplio y accesible. Solo me hospedé una noche pero estoy segura que lo hubiera disfrutado más. Seguro lo escogería si tuviera la oportunidad de volver. "

"Sonia is a top notch host. Very accommodating for a last-minute booking. She offered suggestions for things to do in the area and left fresh eggs from her farm for us. She even accommodated an early arrival prior to the check-in time. The cottage is incredible and the wood fire stove is a great heat source. "

"I would have given 5 stars, however with no hot water on the first night and third night I was less than impressed. The receptionist AnnLynn was very helpful and managed to give me a card for a room a couple of blocks away, not perfect but at least I was able to shower after a hot day sightseeing. All staff very helpful. Wonderful grounds and plenty of very pleasant walks."

"On arrival, the TV in the bedroom was missing, however, the owners were very responsive and brought a replacement TV to us the next morning. The interior of the property was as expected from the online photos, and we enjoyed evenings by the log-burner. However, we were very disappointed and surprised by the dilapidated condition of some of the attached properties which were not visible in the online photos."

"The Lynchpin Cottage was lovely! Very cozy, well equipped, and so special! We stayed for a week and Were able to do lots of day trips from there. We will recommend it to friends and family! "There were 4 adults in our group and it was very nice that we all had our own room. We felt safe here with the secure location. The instructions to enter and leave the property were very good and easy to follow. David was very responsive to any questions that I had. We all had a nice and comfortable stay."
