"Located right in the middle of town, we stayed in Kinnoul, larger than anticipated the two floors were wonderfully clean and modern, couldn't have been better. "Excellent stay at Silver Birch. The bed was extremely comfy and the tree house was really well equipped and well furnished. Hot tub was lovely to appreciate the views. Only minor points we would make would be the shower was a little disappointing compared to how luxurious everything else was. Also the spiral stairs to the hot tub felt quite loose, not the safest option. "

"We really enjoyed our stay here for a group of five. Nicely laid out property and great views of the valley, hills, and mountains. The property is nice and modern. I found the beds comfortable, but my friend said they were a little soft and bouncy. We loved that we could watch Netflix and television easily. We will definitely stay here again. "

"We loved our staycation during our trip. It was clean, had good quality furniture and peaceful, We had trouble finding the building and the communication was super helpful. What we wished for was having some shampoo, body wash, and more toilet tissues than what was left on the holders. I definitely recommend this place. "

"A lovely clean, cosy house with great size bedrooms and kitchen! 2 shower rooms and an additional toilet is also great for a big group! An extra Lounge space would be ideal if using at full capacity as it currently only sits 6/7 comfortably. Brilliant garden as well but the drive way is tight for getting cars in and out but free car charging is much appreciated! We would definitely stay again:) "

"The access is made through a side door entrance. A grey looking corridor leads you to 1st floor flat. Great entrance with comfy corner chair facing a shoe rack. "What an amazing property. A real hidden gem. Property was much larger and more spacious than I expected from the listing. Social living areas downstairs were just fabulous and bedroom spaces upstairs were great. A couple of the bedrooms a bit rough round the edges however all bedrooms nice and clean.
