The property is located next to the river which is beautiful. The river view was spectacular. Very convenient and walkable. Lovely vacation spot for relaxation.

The Ramada was a perfect choice of accommodation for us .. we celebrated our 40th Wedding Anniversary and we loved everything about our holiday .. Loved the view of the Richmond River was so relaxing .. loved watching the boats on the waterway .

Very good hotel to use as a base if travelling around area. Staff friendly and helpful rooms spacious and clean with access to nice pool and small gym. No on site restaurant when we visited but plenty within walking distance.

Front desk staff was very helpful when we arrived and let us know where we could find good food nearby with good directions. Very friendly!

The condition of the hotel was very good, it's location was great. Short walk to the shops and cafe/restaurants.

All good in the ‘hood, although on one occasion I was accosted by an indigenous person asking for money who got agro and called me a “land grabba” when I explained I dont carry cash and refused to go to an ATM. …just be careful when you go up the street at night on your own. I’m married to an indigenous person and he was lucky she was not with me when this happened…but ‘all good in the hood’ — I would definitely stay here again

Beautiful property, amazing views, lovely location. Will be great when a dining option is available again, if nothing else a coffee shop would be nice. We have stayed here a number of times and it never disappoints.

Large room with okey interior
Very spacious room and okey interior. Loved the balcony and having a kit ca en in the room. But why not have a dishwasher? Who want to do dishes while on vaccation? Hotel is waterfront. But water was muddy and did not add anything to the experience.

We totally hear you Christian, no one wants to dishes on holidays! We do actually have dishwashers in all our 1 Bedroom Suites and Penthouses. Hopefully the water is beautiful blue for your next stay!

We took two of our grandkids away for three nights and our stay was brilliant. Everything was easy. Great pool. Right on the river. All staff we encountered were super friendly. This was definitely a great choice for Ballina.

Nice property with good space in the rooms. Showers are good but bathrooms are a bit outdated. Nice option having kitchen and a pool outside. Price could be a bit better.
