Pound Hill Cottage - quiet country getaway

Pound Hill Cottage is situated in a relaxing country aspect only 15 mins to Ballarat CDB and 7 mins to Wendouree, making it the perfect spot to stay when visiting the Ballarat Begonia Festival, Wendouree Performing Arts Centre, race days at the Ballarat Dowling Forest Race Course or South Street competitions.

Pound Hill Cottage has 3 bedrooms including a cosy queen size bed in one room and 2x single beds in the other two bedrooms. A port a cot is also available on request at no extra charge (guests must provide their own cot linen)
All other clean and cosy linen and towels is provided.

The bathroom which is newly renovated includes a shower with shampoo, conditioner and body wash. A heated towel rail adds a touch of luxury.

The fully equipped kitchen includes a microwave, dishwasher, high chair and complimentary tea, coffee and milk.

There is a warm wood fireplace with firewood included making it perfect for Winter escapes. There is a split system for heating and air conditioning for the Summer months.

A single car lock up garage is attached to the cottage for security for your car.

Laundry facilities with washing machine and dryer.

All located on our 10 acre property with a private entrance in a beautiful country setting with amazing views and sunsets. Sit on the verandah and enjoy the serenity.
Sorry no pets allowed onsite inside or outside. Any pets visiting or staying will result in termination of your stay and an extra pet cleaning fee payable. No smoking or vaping allowed please.
