"Amazing staff very helpful with everything we need, laundry service was amazing and really cheap. The villa are great, brand new and luxurious. I love the swimming pool in the villa for my son. "We had a wonderful stay at Bedugul Lake View Residence B6 in Bedugul. The house was clean, cozy, and well-maintained, with a breathtaking view and surrounding hills. "The location was great. The house was nicely laid out but needs to be cleaned. It smelled like moth balls, needed to be repainted inside and needs a new refrigerator. There are less expensive properties in this area that are nicer and cleaner."

"Our accommodation was cancelled at our check in time. We had booked 6 months our and when we we're trying to confirm check in, they cancelled it and issued a refund. They wouldn't offer other accommodation as it's 24 houra out. This caused our family extreme distress and cost us financial burden. A letter of our grievance and disappointment will be following and contact with the ACCC"
