"Initially, when we arrived, the property looked unkempt. The “grass” had not been mowed. The front door jam (metal part) was pulling away from the base, which could have been a hazard to a younger child. When we walked in, the house smelled like sewer…BAD! "The location was fantastic. We walked to David Booth Kansas Memorial Stadium for a football game. The place is perfect for 2 people, anymore than that might be a bit tight. Prompt communication throughout our stay."
