Nice place

Nice older home some updating needed appliances need some TLC. Cookware and bakeware needs to be replaced. Master shower is nice grill is ok hot tub too small for adults and for the size of the home. Overall nice Will try someplace newer next time.

Fantastic property, great location

We had a great stay at Watercolors, wonderful location with private entry to beach. Rooms were great. Lots of amenities. Golf carts were great. Was able to get access to the BHI club for restaurants, golf, pickleballs and pool time. We had a outstanding stay.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was a birthday weekend for two couples. The house was wonderful. The house was beautifully decorated. Very clean and the kitchen had all the little items that you needed. the location was just right for enjoying the sunset. the only thing I would like to see is an updated golf cart. It was very slow and the headlights so bad that driving at night was very difficult.

House was great, but for the master bed (really bad mattress). Otherwise, it was amazing overall and we will return!

Great kitchen had everything a person could need to cook up some wonderful meals. Loved not having to bring beach chairs, umbrellas and toys etc.. House had it all! The only downside was the early construction at the home next door.

Having worked all of my life in the forest products industry, specificly hardwoods, I greatly appreciated the high quality of the interior. The functionality of the decks virtually brought all of the positive aspects of the oceanfront location inside. The quiet and rest expected at this time of year was greatly exceeded! We have never felt so relaxed and rested. This was truly the perfect vacation!
