Very nice house and an excellent location. To bad the shrubs can’t be trimmed back. If so, the vote would be so much better, but it was a great location on the island..

Open, airy and stocked with supplies

We enjoyed our stay at this clean and well-stocked home on BHI. Close enough to the Harbortown for morning bike rides. Nice large dining room table for sharing meals with family and friends. Stocked kitchen has all you need and market is another bike or golf cart ride away!

Beautiful Island, but poorly managed property.....

We have very much enjoyed our multiple visits to Bald Head Island but spent a great deal during this vacation dealing with house related issues. The management company (iTrip) only communicated via text message, and has since stopped responding to us all together despite multiple attempts to reach them after our stay. Some issues included , siding falling off the house, sand in the beds upon arrival, upstairs AC not working, golf carts non functional, windows and doors wouldn't lock, vents above our bed held on with painters tape, trash in the yard, bbq grills completely rusted out, bikes completely rusted out, garage power worked intermittently, just to name a few of the many problems we had to constantly text back and forth about. Our goal was to have a carefree vacation but several hours each day were spent dealing with these and other issues, not to mention a very unhappy spouse with whom they refused to communicate because she wasn't on the contract. The home has so much potential, but I cant say that we would do business with this group again.

Perfect House for Golfing Family

My family of six and Goldendoodle planned our early April trip around my 80th birthday and four other March birthdays. The house was perfect size for all to move around in and home furnishings and decor were outstanding. The location to BHI Club was perfect, as we are a golfing family. My son actually walked over to the course one day. We certainly benefitted from our temporary membership to the BHI Club and enjoyed three days of golf, dinner in three locations at the club, and made use of the pool.....great inclusive deal. The owners left three carts, one big enough for clubs and two had weather shields needed for rainy days. My son and daughter enjoyed morning walks along the nearby beach with the dog. We were able to easily navigate the island and take in a real mix of golfing shopping, and sightseeing. I would highly recommend this property to multi-aged families who desire a complete housing package for their vacation. Finally, I appreciated the owner's instructions for entering and leaving the house. They were very complete and made the entire rental experience a pleasure. I would book this property again!!!

Awesome location and space

Perfect location for enjoying all the beaches in Bald Head Island. The property does overlook the golf club and club golf cart parking and maintenance area, but absolutely no noise from inside the house, and we honestly enjoyed hearing the faint sounds of people enjoying themselves from the tennis area and pool - added to the vacation vibe! No privacy issues and great views of the beach and ocean from the second floor bedroom was a bonus! There were some minor cleanliness issues in the kitchen on arrival (fridge shelves and coffee maker quite dirty) but didn’t deter from the stay and bathrooms, living areas were spotless. Great communication from rental agency. Would definitely stay again

ITrip vacations goes above and beyond and they made everything so easy. The house was completely spotless. Very well stocked and furniture was even new since the pictures! Awesome location, and love BHI. Will definitely use this company again because they were amazing!

Never again

Nice house but roaches all over screened in.porch and a few found inside of home. Impossible to relax because of it. Really difficult to lock doors and only half roll of toilet paper in each bath. Bring your own everything and of you need to buy anything, bring lots of money because prices at the market are ridiculously expensive.

Clean interior but outside spaces grungy

Kitchen is adequate and beds have good mattresses. Porches and screened porch too filthy to enjoy- spiders, roaches, accumulated dirt. Property manager sent crew to power wash, but the effect lasted only two days before grime was back.

Great vacation stay

This home is updated, spacious, and conveniently located next to the beach and the BHI club. It has a view of the ocean from the upper floors and a wonderful screened in porch. We love it. The home was very clean and the property management was excellent. Would stay there again!

Amenities galore!

This is one of the most well stocked houses we’ve stayed in on BHI. Kitchen tools, games for all ages, beach towels and toys, and so much more! The listing very accurately reflected the property. Walk to BHIC and the house is just a short cart ride to beach access. Highly recommend!

Awesome trip to bald head

Great spot. Well stocked kitchen with good quality appliances, pots, pans, and spatulas. It was funny, that toilet people have mentioned was still running. We just avoided using it but would have fixed it if it wasn’t an odd model. Great stay and would definitely stay here again.

Bald Head Spring Break

Great stay on Bald Head once again. House was well equipped in kitchen, beach chairs, toys, etc... We had an issue with toilet and the rental company responded immediately to come fix the problem.
