Sandcastle by the Sea - 3Bedroom, 2 Bath/Sleeps 6 - South Beach - Oceanside

  • Charming home located in the Killegray Ridge on South Beach with 1 minute walk to the beach! This home is the perfect for families. Sleeps 6 with 3 bedrooms (1-K, 1-Q, and 2 twin XL beds). Each bedroom has flat screen TV.

    A 6 passenger golf cart is included in the rental, and a temporary membership to The BHI Club is available for separate purchase to enjoy private pool access with lovely children pool area, dining, golf, tennis, fitness!

    Saturday/Saturday rental. 4 pm arrival/10:00 am departure.


    **PEAK SUMMER SEASON SATURDAY TURN DAY**

    **Includes: Beach Chairs, Gas Grill, Beach Toys, and Regular Coffee Maker. Highchair and Pack and Play are available and located in the first floor bedroom closet.

    **Linens and bath towels are included in rental.

    ** Adult bikes are available at the house. We DO NOT guarantee bikes and beach towels. There is a place on the island to rent bikes if more or other sizes are needed.

    **BHI Club memberships is different for every house and depends on dates. For club rates please contact the BHI Club for guest memberships directly or go on the website. We do not control club rates.

The perfect place on BHI!

We loved this property - it has an easy beach access, came with everything you could need, and the host was fantastic to work with. We recommend this enthusiastically and will be staying here again!

We found everything we needed and more at this beautiful, immaculately clean and well-kept beach house. Every day we walked the boardwalk straight from the house to the beach without having to get in the cart. There were two beautiful adult bikes, lots and lots of beach equipment, including chairs and a Shibumi. There are also lots of beach towels. Kim is the best host ever.

What a place!

Better than advertised! My family and I had a great time. Kim gave clear, concise instructions and check in and check out were easy peasy. The location is 10/10 and can’t wait to go back!

Family Overflow

We rented this property over Thanksgiving to accommodate family overflow. It is a great location just steps from the beach. It is beautifully decorated and has a well stocked kitchen for cooking. The large porch was lovely.

Wonderful Stay!

We had a great week at Sandcastle! The house had everything you could need for a week at the beach - sand toys, beach equipment, towels, games, puzzles, etc. The home was very clean too. And easy to get to the beach! We would definitely book again!

Can’t beat the location!

We had an amazing stay at the Sandcastle! Kim was very responsive and accommodating. The kitchen was very well stocked and the location was incredible. They had a great supply of beach chairs and bikes. The sunsets from the back porch were unreal!

Perfect location

We absolutely love BHI. Sand Castle was the perfect location for our family over Thanksgiving. Beautiful beach steps from our porch!!!
