An amazing place to stay!

This incredible place is just like the photos. It is extremely clean and well-kept. They had everything you would need, and it is in a perfect location.

The house was beautiful! We have stayed in several other houses on Scotch Bonnett, and this one was amazing! And we loved being able to bring our dog!!! Thanks for a great week!! Would def rent again!!

Perfect Spot for Beach Walks and Sunset

We enjoyed the many spots to read and maybe even work a bit! The crofter was truely lovely - did not feel like an outpost, but rather a lovely retreat. I would highly recommend all kinds of groups.

Incredible views and wonderful beach!

We so appreciated the high chair and pac and play, all of the kids toys and games, beach toys, bikes and golf cart!!! Great house for our family!

Great communication

Tropical Storm Debby made an appearance during our trip, but Tyler and Barbara made us feel at ease and comfortable with their regular communication about the storm and the island status. The home was clean and lovely!

Perfect vacation property

This ocean front property was recently renovated with state of the art stove/oven, flooring, kitchen appliances as well as all of the comforts of home. It was very spacious and inviting for a large family and was conveniently located to the grocery store and many amenities. Would definitely book again. The property managers were friendly and promptly addressed my questions .

La dolce vita was indeed the sweet life

Our house was spectacular and Tyler and Barbara were stellar hosts. The house was steps to the most expansive beach I’ve ever seen and stocked incredibly well. We had a ball even with the threat of idalia (hurricane) breathing down our necks. Barbara and Tyler kept us informed and stocked with flashlights in case the storm became problematic. All in all 10/10!

Reviewer Comments: We were very pleased with our rental week on this property!Ideally located near the market and shops, the BHI Club, Shoals Club and on beautiful South beach with private walkway access.Property was clean, well designed and decorated and the kitchen was extremely well equipped.Nice having the separate crofter. And third floor was great for the grandchildren.TVs in all bedrooms, too.We had a problem with the outside shower and the management staff ( Tyler) responded immediately and fixed it.

A Perfect Vacation Home

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were thrilled to find this house with rare last minute availability when our previous vacation plans changed. This home could not have been more perfect for our family; it's easily one of the best-equipped vacation homes we've ever stayed in (we average 2-3 rentals a year for the last 20 years). Husband and I are both chefs and found the kitchen to be more than adequately stocked. Kids loved the toys and games provided and the bedrooms were all perfectly comfortable and we had a ton of room to spread out. We also appreciated how quiet it was despite being a duplex--we never once heard the people in the unit next to us. Tyler the property manager was super responsive, professional and went out of his way to assist us with our reservation and various requests. Fantastic hospitality all around; we won't hesitate to rent this home again.

Island paradise

We absolutely loved our stay! The house is beautiful and clean. The location was amazing. We all loved the outdoor shower to keep the sand out of the house. Barbara and Tyler are so helpful and kind. We definitely plan to visit again soon!

Nice duplex, some issues

Well furnished, clean, good communication with the property manager. Door to crofter wouldn’t shut without someone on both sides helping force it shut which made it difficult to keep bugs out. Manager was aware and was sympathetic but it was a difficult situation as the door likely needed to be replaced which would have been a big undertaking with renters present. Upstairs balcony has a beautiful view but the amount of furniture felt lacking (two chairs and small table) and made it difficult to accommodate a group of the size the home is marketed to. The couches are very nice but lacked any throw pillows and were covered with a cheap protector, not a slip cover. This would be a 4 star review if it weren’t for the door issue which hopefully will be fixed, but certainly impacted our stay.

We loved it!

Barbara was a great host, very easy to speak to and quick on replies, which is much appreciated. The home was perfect! VERY, VERY clean and beautiful. The property and home are well maintained. The house was clean, it had new furniture, a great layout, a well-stocked kitchen with nice upgrades like the Vitamix, and is in a great location. We walked to the beach almost daily. The walk is 1-2 min and easy since you take the wood path straight to the beach. The beaches are not crowded in this area which is nice, and it was great taking a morning stroll to the point. This is a perfect house for families, TVs in every room, well-maintained bikes, bunks for the kids and the “Crofter” for the grandparents. It has a wonderful layout for a wonderful family vacation. We have previously stayed in other homes in BHI but going forward we will plan to stay here. Thank you so much, we had an excellent trip!

Great location

We Loved our stay at Flora's bluff. The house was newly renovated, clean and bright. The location is very central and easy to get to the stores and all parts of the island. The beach outside the house is great for kids, not a lot of people and the waves are a bit more tame.
