Inescapable relaxation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beautiful home on BHI, this was our second stay in that particular property; the location is beautiful and the views just right. Close to the beach and spacious for large groups, with a nice living room for evening game playing. This time around we were a little disappointed with a few house maintenance details; the oven doesn't work well at all, neither do either dishwasher - (thought we loved the fact that there are two, we had to go back and hand wash 30-40% of what came out of the dishwasher. The golf carts left us stranded on 4 occasions despite leaving them to charge overnight each time, there were a good amount of light bulbs that were not working, and several toilets were constantly refilling due to slow leaks. I do have to be fair and give huge props to the maintenance guys for always being right there to help and responding super fast to our cries for help, and would go back to this house in a heartbeat, also understanding that beach properties (and rentals) get beat up - but an appliance upgrade would go a long way.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great time at Inescapable View. 7 couples rented for a fall wedding. The main house is fabulous with 360 views on the second floor. The few things we needed, Wendy Wilmot provided asap, including a card table! Would definitely recommend this place.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house is better than in the photos, the views were gorgeous. Everyone (16 of us) had plenty of room to expand and relax. The kitchen was the hub and delightfully huge. Cooking was a pleasure. The weather was "to die for" beautiful all week. The BHI club suited us to a Tee - literally. Great gym. We'll be back!

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Many dead roaches and the carpets are exceptional stained. Otherwise, the house was wonderful, very big and comfortable. The golf cart situation was bad, twice dead batteries and one flat tire. Also the 6 person cart had only one headlight so that coming home in the dark was exceedingly dangerous. For 13 people we had only 2 Shoals and 4 BH Club cards. Not nearly enough and rather embarrassing to be turned away by the kids at the Clubs. Finally, a borrowed wifi device was in question but I believe one of your agents picked it up. I had expected a little better from Wendy Wilmot.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had bugs everywhere. Problems with the golf cart twice . 2 TV wouldn't change channel , sink wouldn't drain , problems with the AC . I ask for partial refund and I have received nothing after Wendy said she would send a partial refund.

Reviewer Comments: From the second we stepped off the ferry & were greeted by members of the Wendy Wilmot team to the sad moment when we left the island to return to the real world, we were all on Turtle Time in between. The property is lovely & well maintained. Quality furnishings that are not typical of rental properties. Plenty of room for a large group like ours to sprawl out. When we needed additional pans for a large meal prep... Wendy Wilmot's people stopped by with some. When our cart blew a tire our loaner (which was delivered immediately) was a cool Wendy Wilmot yellow rig. This is the most thorough rental company around... From the second you express interest in renting they are so terribly helpful. Our entire group will indeed by returning to BHI, my happy place... And when we do we will rent from no one other than Wendy Wilmot. Best experience hands down!
