    The upper floor is accessed via an exterior staircase and includes 2 bedrooms, one fitted with 2 beds and another with 1 double bed. This level also features an entrance hall with a dining table, as well as an open kitchen equipped with an oven, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a kettle, a microwave, and an electric coffee machine, complemented by a dining table. The upper floor is served by 2 bathrooms, one configured as a bath with WC and another as a shower with WC.

    The second upper floor offers a living and dining room with cable TV and direct access to the balcony. This level contains 3 additional bedrooms: 2 rooms each fitted with 2 beds, and 1 room with 1 bed, with both rooms benefiting from access to the balcony.
