"Have strayed at Arpita several times in connection with a business trip - and all time have I received a very good and friendly service. Rooms are very nice, clean and comfortable. The hotel has both a nice pool, a good restaurant and a separate bar. Area is ‘country-side’ India with all that ..."

"Terribly bad property. Not as shown in the image .. cockroaches everywhere in the room … very dirty bedsheet, unusable bathroom … no water pressure in the bathroom. I do not recommend this property at all."

"Even after booking through Expedia, the property refuses to allot any rooms as they haven’t got any confirmation or the payment from Expedia on the booking. So we hv to look for another hotel and get through a lot of mental harassment"
