"Let me start with the good points since there are very few : the look of the room - beautiful
Now the rest, I’m an experience traveller and experienced in hospitality and I am ensuring that this hotel can charge such a high price or the poor service provided :
- we cannot driving ourselves and it’s been impossible to find the hotel : the pin location is not accurate (the hotel is located almost an hour from kandy im the countryside) and there are no sign anywhere to indicate the right...

"The Glass House is possibly the best accommodation and service we have experienced in over 40 years of exploring this wonderful country. The house design and location are breathtaking. The views are spectacular (make sure you are up for dawn). On site Chef Kevin made traditional Sri Lankan meals of exceptional quality. Kapilo was there ready for any of our needs without being intrusive. Milan and Chandra keep the house and gardens running and in beautiful order. Can I say more ? If you don’t...
