Villa LETICIJA spans two floors and is fully air-conditioned, ensuring a comfortable stay year-round. On the first floor, there is a spacious kitchen connected to the dining area, which flows seamlessly into a cozy living room, creating an ideal space for socializing and relaxation. The first floor also includes a bathroom, a separate toilet, a wellness area with a Finnish sauna and fitness space, as well as a practical storage room with a washing machine.

An internal staircase leads to the first floor, where three double bedrooms and a children’s room are located. One of the double bedrooms is connected to the children’s room, creating a comfortable family space with access to a balcony.
