"La atención es recepción debería mejorar mucho. Llegamos 9am, pedimos dejar las maletas y que nos las llevaran a la habitación 3pm, nos dijeron que sí y nunca sucedió. Esperamos 20’ a que vinieran con las maletas, finalmente las subimos nosotros. En cuanto a Shampoo y shower gel, dejan 1 botellita pequeña en el baño, si la terminas nadie las cambia y pone nuevas. Muy malo el servicio. Más allá de esto el hotel es encantador."
