"I made a booking in Nov for a night in Jan for 3 people, the hotel didn't charge me right away, but all of a sudden at the end of Dec, with a different company name. The amount they charged me wasn't what was listed neither (CHF 15 higher), so I had no way to recognise the transaction. "Points for the hotel, but not for Orbitz: I booked a single basic room without noticing that somewhere at the bottom, it says in small font that it is a room without a bathroom. I don't know who expects rooms without bathrooms at a "hotel," not a "student hostel." I didn't and I didn't read the small print.
