"This place, even is it is located pretty high up on a hill, it’s amazing. The view from lying in the pool is unbeatable. We had own electric kick bikes with us that took us down to the beach walk in 10-15min and also back up the hills. Taxi, electric vehicles such as bike, kick-bike or some kind of scooter is needed to get back and forward. Over 1h walk one way and the walk back ain’t funny. Would stay here again if I ever go back to Nice! Communication with host by text and usin google...

"I had an amazing stay at this beautiful apartment with a large balcony. They were very accommodating and flexible. Me and my friend stayed here for 4 days 3 nights and there is a lot to do, with plenty of nice restaurants, and views of the beach. I would happily stay here again! "

"Excellent endroit pour festoyer toute la nuit avec beaucoup de monde !! C'est le seul endroit du sud est où on peut être autant sans payer le prix d'un mariage. Tout s'est passé comme prévu. Les échanges avec le propriétaires étaient clairs, les réponses rapides et la relation avec le gérant très bonne. Il y a une honnêteté qui donne confiance. Nous reviendrons :)"

"me and my 2 friends stayed here for a week at the end of august. the apartment was fab ! so well equipped with the essentials as well as dvds , books , games etc. and had all the facilities we required with a washer , dishwasher , microwave , oven etc. air con was a notable perk too :). the views were amazing and we felt so safe with the security being so high. communication with alexandra and gary was excellent and we had no issues at all. lovely and relaxing area and the swimming pool was...

"Absolutely beautiful villa suitable for my wife and I and teenage son. We didn't rent a car and this really wasn't a problem as the public transport links are so good. Typically, bus to Henri Sappia then Tram to Nice. Very easy! Pool excellent and Philippe was so helpful with any questions in the lead up to the stay and also during. We will definitely be returning. So many beautiful places to visit - Antibes, Ventimiglia, Villfranche-sur-Mer, Monaco / Monte Carlo, Juan-Les-Pins etc. ...

"Fantastic house in a perfect location, with easy access to anywhere in the Nice area. The property is spotless and fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The pool area is beautiful, with the pool itself ideal for children and maintained to a very high standard. We especially enjoyed spending most evenings outside in the covered seating area, eating and drinking together. Brigitte has done a wonderful job—couldn’t recommend this holiday home enough!"
