We were in town for a nearby wedding and decided to stay at this lovely property. Very quaint and cute, the hosts were amazing, and everything was very well kept. We enjoyed walking the property and visiting the animals, and getting to feed them animal crackers was a nice touch. Communication with the hosts was excellent, and although we were not there a lot due to visiting family and attending the wedding, we thoroughly enjoyed our time here. Would recommend to others in an instant.

We really enjoyed our stay our host was exceptional, and answered any questions we had about our cottage and directions getting to our destination. The cottage was just as described and in a nice country setting. The area was beautiful, we had access to a clean nice pool but unfortunately didn’t have time to enjoy die to our schedule. We had amenities form fresh eggs in our refrigerator to make breakfast so make sure when you stay you bring bread and bacon. We also had cute chocolates to enjoy. We look forward to staying again.

We had a relaxing, wonderful time amongst the beautifully landscaped yard outside our doorstep of the cozy and comfortable cottage. Emily and her family were wonderful hosts and thought of everything..down to fresh eggs in the fridge! The animals were fun to watch and the Longhorns majestic and magical! We had a fire in the fire pit and relaxed amongst the star one evening. We explored the area and found a great place to get a burger in Bainbridge-Gigi’s. We will be back…wondering what it will look like in the fall with the foliage! Thank you for a restful stay—it was good to rejuvenate!

The perfect weekend getaway for a city dweller such as myself. Beautiful, remote, clean, and within driving distance to a lot of cool towns. My 8 year old son and I agreed, the best part of our stay was the farm animals and Emily’s generosity and kindness. We will be returning for sure!

Emily and her family were most welcoming and accommodating. Their guest house is so cozy and you have complete privacy. Plus the view is spectacular! Absolutely everything you'll need, including fresh eggs from their farm, was readily available. You can see that Emily was very attentive to every detail when decorating the house. She'll even leave you seeds and crackers so you can feed their animals, which are very tame and love the attention.I would recommend Sunny Ridge Farm to anyone wanting a quiet, relaxing stay at a welcoming and beautiful family farm in Lancaster County.

The suite was roomy, welcoming and so charming. All appliances worked great, and the fireplace was a super extra. There were clear instructions on the use of all appliances.Hosts were most welcoming, even letting me park right where they probably like to park themselves. The animals on the farm were a delight, as was strolling the beautiful grounds. It was incredibly peaceful and beautiful.
