The accommodation: We offer you our family home from the early 20th century: approximately 300 m², 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, large south-facing terrace with electric awning, 45 m² living room, 12x6 m swimming pool, solarium, vast wooded garden of 10,000 m² (fully enclosed). This beautiful, comfortable manor house is located 500 m from the center of a small village in the Landes region, at the crossroads of the Landes, Béarn, and Pays de Charente. Basque. It offers all the necessary equipment and tasteful decor (Persian rugs, paintings, antique furniture, etc.). The kitchen is fully equipped: gas hob, conventional oven, microwave, American-style refrigerator, Nespresso coffee machine, food processors, blender, etc. Basic food supplies are kept for emergencies. Cleaning products are provided. On the sheltered terrace, directly accessible from the kitchen, there is a griddle for grilling. A teak summer dining area on the same terrace allows for meals for 12 people (shaded by an electric awning, overlooking the pool). Utilities (water and electricity) are included in the price. Location. (In winter, there is an additional charge for firewood based on actual consumption.) Linens are provided free of charge. You can relax in the house and spend your entire stay without ever using a car (all shops are available in the village 500m away) or, conversely, visit the inland Basque Country (St. Jean Pied de Port, the Camino de Santiago, etc.), Béarn (Pau and the castle of Henri IV, the panoramic view from the Palais des Pyrénées with its 180° view of the Pyrenees mountain range), Lourdes and its Sanctuary. The Basque coast (and its beaches) is 45 minutes away: Biarritz, St. Jean de Luz, and Spain are a 1-hour drive away. Everything is in place for you to spend a holiday in a beautiful setting.
