It was nice stay, however, check in was time taking, we needed to wait for almost 30 minutes without any valid reason. I feel they can easily improve on it.

The service was awesome. Very attentive staff, free fruits and chocolate. The only complain is that, when arranging for airport pickup, they require me to fill up a manual form payment of credit card, which I feel unsafe. Other method of payment not international tourist friendly. Nearby hotel not ...
