Each bedroom contains a shelved walk-in closet, large custom vanity with backlit bath mirror and loads of storage.

Outside the house there is a large, salt water infinity pool with covered outdoor seating, an outdoor teak kitchen with large weber gas grill, jungle side hammock, outdoor beach shower and a hilltop palapa with TRX workout equipment creating the perfect space for working out, yoga or dining.

Located just 200 meters off a paved road, the house has a gated drive and onsite care taker.

While at the house, take advantage of the many things to do right in the neighborhood. Walk the rivers and waterfalls at Rancho DiAndrew, take in some bird watching at Oro Verde, tour the coffee plantation at Café Don Emilio, the waterfalls at Santa Lucia, horseback riding at Rancho La Merced, they are all in the neighborhood less than a 10 minute drive (on a paved road). And then there are the many and varied beaches that run along the coast between Dominical and Ojochal that are all easily accessible from this lovely spot.
