Your perfect launch pad for activities and exploration of the southern zone of Costa Rica. Best value for a convenient location in the heart of Uvita.
This house: Uvita Beach House and the house next door Casa Turquesa (similar floor plan and layout) can be rented together as a rare opportunity to have 4 bedrooms side by side in this convenient area of Uvita (please ask for more information if you are interested).
Life within walking distance in the center of Uvita, including walking to the beach, great restaurants, supermarkets, Maxi Pali multipurpose store, gas station, etc. You’ll have your own plunge pool and small tropical garden to chill and relax with a refreshment before or after a day of adventures. Private gate and parking on the property.

This was the perfect stay for our trip. Close to the beach, local restaurants and was a great launch point for some really amazing adventures. We would definitely stay here again.

Sehr schönes Haus, hat alles was man braucht, sehr gut eingerichtet und in der Nähe zum schönen Strand.

Property exceeded all expectations and was the perfect home base for our Pura Vida adventure! We were super comfy staying in to cook meals, private Pina Colada Pool Party lol and to rest and relax. Highly recommended and would absolutely return. Mucho Gracias Amiga. Also Pura Vida to Gregori who promptly answered any questions and had some amazing tips for DIY experiences!!

Beautiful clean property just as described. Close to the beach/ wildlife, supermarket, and restaurants. The little pool in the back was perfect for a cool dip on hot days. Kitchen included everything we needed to cook at home. Would definitely recommend and stay again on a future visit.

Total Comfort Near Beach
We stayed five days and found the listing exceeded all our expectations. The location was super convenient, the host accessible and helpful, and the plunge pool a delight. We enjoyed watching all the colorful birds bustling about, as well.

This property was perfect for us! Very clean and well stocked with everything we needed. We loved having beach chairs and towels. The host gave wonderful recommendations on local restaurants. Great experience all around, thank you for a wonderful stay!

Beautiful Beach Bungalow
We loved our short stay at Uvita Beach House. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Comfortable beds, tons of soft towels for the beach and the shower. Beach chairs that we took with us on the beach adventures. We really loved it and recommend others to stay as well!

Super Ferienhaus
Super Ferienhaus, tolle Ausstattung und dies in perfekter Lage. Alles wie im Inserat beschrieben. Einzig die Adresse des Hauses ist etwas schwierig zu finden. Hier hilft der Vermieter aber per Textnachricht.

Great location, walk to beach, restaurants, grocery store. Gregory was super nice and gave great suggestions of places to go. Comfortable living space, beds. Kitchen was stocked beautifully. Wonderful outdoor porch and pool was fantastic! Loved this place!

Exactly as promised
Amazing communication and the place was beautiful and very comfortable. The location was near everything and great restaurants. The plunge pool was perfect to dip in after a hot morning.
The only thing I would have liked was a small dresser of some sort to put our clothes.

Excellent stay in Uvita
I loved the house. It had everything we needed. Lots of towels, bedding and supplies. The outdoor washer and dryer were so appreciated. We enjoyed the plunge pool and the outdoor space. I walked the Whales’s Tail every morning. Great location. Groceries and restaurants close by. Excellent!

Perfect spot for home base
Great find! Perfect for a couple. Looked just like the pictures! Good location ... walking to the beach, sunsets, and easy access point for day trips. The "plunge" pool provided relief from the heat!
