The villa is very well equipped, everything is clean and the fittings are high quality. The location is incredibly beautiful, surrounded by many plants and offering a wonderful view. With the fly screens on the windows, you can leave the doors open all day and don’t need air conditioning. The road to the villa is easy to drive on, on a paved road with only the last 500 meters unpaved, but that’s not a problem. We’re excited to come back soon. We can hardly wait to return.

Absolutely wonderful house and location. Our 12th CR visit and this house took over the top spot for us, and we have stayed in many great houses. 10 min drive up mountain is paved 99% of the way, that is rare experience vs the dirt bumpy roads to most houses. You will not regret spending your vacation in this slice of paradise. Tucans love the place also with daily morning and evening visits with up to 7 in one tree on my visit.

As Advertised Concierge Level Service

Property was just as advertised—very clean and well appointed for our weeklong stay. We do a lot of VRBO rentals, and some can feel cluttered or poorly managed. This home felt thoughtfully put together. The views are amazing, and the morning toucans were a great bonus. The You Get There team helped us plan several excursions, as well as an in-home massage and private chef dinner.The only downside is that there’s no A/C in the main living area. Since we visited in July, it got a bit warm during the day and some evenings. I would have preferred A/C in all rooms, but that’s really our only complaint. Great value for an excellent experience.

Mom and Dad Getaway

Perfect! Beautiful surroundings. Clean, gorgeous villa with everything you need to sit back and relax and enjoy all the natural beauty of Costa Rica has to offer. Highly recommend! You will need four wheel drive as it is in the mountains. Quick, easy drive to Uvita to enjoy the beach and lots of food options.

Casa Dalu Stay

Casa Dalu was a beautiful home with amazing views and great bird watching from the deck. I can’t say enough great things about the property, it was a very comfortable place for our family of 5.

Amazing

The communication from the beginning was great. They helped with the car rental, driving instructions, tours, and restaurants. The host was great. They helped book everything so I’ll I had to do was pay. The check in process was smooth and really nice. Having someone show you the property so you are not fumbling around was great. The house was very clean and well stocked. The pictures and description were spot on. I would book again without hesitation. Thank you for making the stay amazing

Amazing property

This is such a magical property. We saw more wild life in our back yard then we saw at the national Forrest tours. The house was well stocked even has spices, coffee filters things you would not normally get ina rental. We had such a wonderful stay. Cannot recommend this property enough. So worth every penny!

Paradise

Absolutely stunning property. The property owner and staff were very kind and communicated very well on our check in day and check out day. The villa is amazing, nature all around. We loved how the main living room and kitchen was open to the outdoors. Large glass sliding doors with screen, perfect. My husband and I are already making plans to come back!

A memorable stay at Villa Dalu!

Villa Dalu was the perfect spot for our first trip to the area! The house is beautifully designed, clean and the kitchen is well-equipped! We loved the remoteness of the house! It was about a 10 minute drive from the main road on a windy road. Definitely need a 4x4. Once at the house, you are surrounded by the beauty and sounds of nature! We loved heading out for the day and returning to the tranquility of the surroundings! The pool and deck area were perfect and we loved the outdoor shower to rinse off from the day before jumping in the pool. Highly recommend visiting Santa Lucia falls (you need to book a private tour in order to see the falls). The property is owned by 2 brothers and we were the only ones on the property, hiking and swimming in the waterfalls. Humberto and Enrique were friendly and knowledgeable guides and we enjoyed a lovely lunch afterwards, prepared by Humberto's wife. Definitely need sturdy shoes! Our favourite beaches were Hermosa and Colonia! We can't say enough about the property managers from Get Here Now. They were very responsive with questions and any issues we had. They showed up within an hour of any issue we reported (and the issues were small). Thank you, Jhonathan and Ismael! Overall, we had an amazing experience at this house and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Little piece of Heaven

The house and pool were amazing! We sat in the pool every afternoon and watched toucans, hummingbirds and other beautiful birds fly around in the back yard. The location was perfect for us and all the adventures that we went on. We were so sad to have to leave our little piece of Heaven! I would recommend to anyone!

Fantastic place!

Can’t say enough about this home. Squeaky-clean and amazing views. Great sleeping with doors open to hear the jungle sounds outside. Pool is awesome, also. Book it now.

No A/C In the kitchen and living room/ main room

The house does not have A/C in the main room. This made it uncomfortable to hang out when the humidity and temp are both above 85 The property looked nice except for the plastic tarp on the roof was not the nicest thing to see every time you drive in. The inside of the house is very nice and modern but the couches and chair are not very comfortable and are worn out.

Book this house now!

The pictures are great but it’s so hard to do this house justice by photos. It was amazing! It has everything you need to cook 5 star meals and it was immaculately clean! We’ve been to Dominical and Uvita numerous times and this house was hands down the best. Not to mention the fantastic management company You Get Here. This is the second time we have used them and we will never use another management company when we revisit the area. Stephen, Ismael, and Jonathan are really the best. Don’t think twice, book it now!

Amazing all around!!

We had an amazing time in Villa Dalu. The house is gorgeous with amazing views. Comfortable and all around perfect. Outdoor living space is phenomenal. Can't recommend highly enough! Be sure to have 4x4 for the driveway. It's steep and rocky.

Gorgeous Villa Dula

We loved this Villa. It is tranquil and private and has the most mesmerizing view of a beautiful rainforest overlooking the Pacific Ocean. The home has lots of room for 3 couples but we were on our own and relished having all the doors open at all times to hear the sounds of nature. they are all screened but having the doors all open at breakfast is a recommendation! Gorgeous at all times. Amazing bird watching. We did also see howler monkeys. Bring your binoculars!! The pool is fabulous and we spent a lot of time at the villa when we weren’t at a beach or hiking at SaintLuciaFalls.com (just up the road and a fabulous time!). The kitchen has everything you need and is fully stocked for cooking and entertaining. The fridge makes ice! There is a great BBQ and laundry facilities. And fruit trees! We used lots of limes! There are only positive things to say. We really loved it and highly recommend it for one couple or up to 3… or a family. The property managers were also excellent and very responsive to any needs or questions or requests. Don’t hesitate to book this place!

A lovely place

We had a lovely holiday at Villa Dalu. The house is neat, clean and brand new. We woke up with the sounds of the monkeys, andthe property has multiple fruit trees that attract lovely birds and tons of butterflies. It felt like paradise! Jhonnathan and Ismael were amazing, always kind, and very helpful to us. A great experience!

Great house!

We loved the property. Very clean and organized. The only reason I gave the location 4 stars instead of 5 is the long bumpy driveway and road to get there. It does not make it conducive to lots of coming and going. You must have a 4 wheel drive vehicle. But once you arrive at the location it is beautiful and we felt very safe. Lots of Toucans and other birds flying about!
