This is definitely a 3 star hotel. The construction outside is noisey and restricts easy access. It is centrally located in old town. The hotel has tried to modernize but does need maintenance. The only (truly, the only) thing that made things harder was the smell coming from the toilet room. It's obvious that they need to do something about that. Waking in the morning smelling sink everywhere is not nice. :)
