Increíble lugar, mal servicio y mantenimiento

"Teníamos muchas expectativas del lugar, perdimos nuestra reservación y no pudieron ayudarnos, tuvimos que pagar nuevamente. Al entrar, la habitación no olía bien, el personal no nos entendía, la alberca estaba muy sucia y en general el servicio muy pobre."
