- An 18 m² living room with a TV and a double sofa bed
- An open-plan kitchenette equipped with, amongst other things: an electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob…
- Bedroom 1: with a double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 2: with a bunk bed (two single beds)
- A bathroom with a bath
- A separate toilet

Outside:
- The accommodation has its own ski locker, which is unlocked with the same key as the front door.
- A swimming pool (shared with residents and heated), open from 15 June to 15 September, Tuesday to Sunday from 10.00 to 18.30
- A 5 m² terrace with furniture to enjoy the sunny days

The flat is ideally situated in Bagnères-de-Luchon, in a very pleasant setting. You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market...

Activities:
Mountain sports: the Luchon-Superbagnères resort in the Pyrenees, at an altitude of 1,800 metres.
Thermal baths for treatments or family water activities (winter and summer)
Mountain biking: a wide variety of signposted mountain bike trails, situated at an altitude of 1,800 metres and accessible by cable car.
Paragliding. Hiking and scenic walks.
Enduro trails and technical courses. Paragliding courses, with a 1,200-metre vertical drop.
Opening times for the nearest resort’s ski lifts:
Summer: access to the mountains by cable car from 4 July to 31 August every day, then only at weekends from 6 September to 21 September.
Winter: opens mid-December 2025 and closes at the end of March 2026

Transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the residence’s private car park (the concierge will provide you with the gate remote control and the number of your allocated parking space).

As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful:
- Nearest railway station: Luchon, approximately 1,000 m away, a walk of about 13 minutes (the SNCF’s SKIRAIL service offers good value for skiing in Luchon)
- Nearest airport: Toulouse, approximately 145 km away

- Pets are not permitted in the accommodation
- Bed linen and towels are not included but can be provided on request at an additional cost (to be arranged and paid for with our local partner). The prices given are for guidance only and are subject to change by our partner
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future guests. Please ensure you leave it in a reasonably clean condition and clean any kitchen appliances after use
- The accommodation has its own ski locker, which opens with the same key as the front door.
- Any request for arrival or departure outside the times indicated is subject to the availability of the reception staff. A flat-rate surcharge may apply
- During the ski season: walk or drive to the station to catch the shuttle bus, which runs at fixed times.
