"This was a wonderful property to stay at. Yon get a spacious room that looks out over the lake. Rooms are fully equiped for your convenience with fridge air conditionind (heat) .it was by far the best place we stayed at during our trip to Cape Breton we will be returning for sure. If your heading to Sydney it is about 30mins outside of the city. "I only stayed here for one night, but it was a very peaceful stay. The location was perfect for a view of the sunset. Unfortunately the night I was there was too cloudy to see it, but the stay was still worth everything else. The room and amenities were very well kept and cozy to stay in. I even walked a short trail that led to a brook (Sally’s Brook) that I don’t think had another access point. I would love to stay here again."

"Remote cabin, which was just what we wanted. The place was nice & clean and the beds very cozy. The bathhouse was just outside our cabin and was also spotless and well-kept. We used the shared cookhouse and there was everything there that we needed. It was easy to figure out where to store our things since the hosts have everything well-labelled. We loved watching the dark night sky from the roomy deck. The Persied meteor shower was at its height during our stay and we had front-row seats. I...
