Spacious vacation rental with a private entrance near the Bad Oexen Health Clinic and the Weser Cycle Path

Welcome to our spacious 1st-floor vacation apartment, measuring about 100 square meters, located at the foot of the Wiehen Mountains, not far from the Great Weser Bend with its popular bike paths. The Bad Oexen Health Clinic is within walking distance (approx. 800 m). The apartment has its own entrance; the entryway offers space to store bicycles and, if needed, charge e-bikes.
The apartment is located on the first floor; if needed, a stairlift is available for the spiral staircase. The apartment itself consists of a living/dining room with a TV, 1 bathroom with a shower, bathtub, toilet, and bidet. If needed: the toilet is equipped with an additional side grab bar. The shower behind the bathtub wall is accessible via two steps; grab bars are provided. There is also a guest restroom. The apartment has a small balcony where smoking is permitted.
The kitchen (not new, but functional) is equipped with sufficient dishes ausgestattet.Es re are two bedrooms; the first bedroom is furnished with a new box-spring bed (180 x 200 cm) and a TV, and the second bedroom—furnished with solid natural wood furniture—is accessed as a walk-through room via the first bedroom. This room also features a double bed (180 x 190 cm) with new, high-quality pocket-spring mattresses. We are happy to provide you with bed linens and towels.
For loading and unloading, you can pull up to the courtyard in front of the front door on the north side of the house; the parking space is located on the south side of the house.
