Hair dryer and exposed cosmetic mirror. The built-in built-in bathroom has a clothes dryer, ironing board, steam iron, vacuum cleaner and general cleaning utensils. A washing machine is in the cellar.

A modern built-in kitchen offers all the comforts you need (dishwasher, microwave, oven, hob, sink and refrigerator with ice compartment).

The ESSPLATZ in the kitchen consists of a large comfortable corner bench with dining table, from which also the TV can be seen.

The cozy LIVING ROOM is equipped with a pull-out corner sofa bed, which offers a further sleeping possibility. Next to the TV there is also a DVD player and a music system.

The BEDROOM is equipped with a box-spring bed. The large wardrobe with wardrobe, safe and luggage compartment offers plenty of space.

The spacious BALKON is oriented to the south, covered and equipped with a large table and adjustable and foldable garden chairs plus footstool.

The apartment was completely renovated in May 2016 and is a pet-free non-smoking apartment.
