The staff are accommodating. Your wifi service does not work much in rooms, though. It is pretty slow especially when one is in the ground floor. The rooms are great.

The staff was prompt in responding to our requests. They are likewise friendly from the security by the door, to the front desk people, to room service.The room is clean as well. I like this property since there is enough parking spot. Will definitely book again in the future.

This is the 4th time i used this hotel, the same problem, the a/c those not cool properly they have to change it, and the worst part the toilet do not flush properly

Hotel was good..room service food was good..its just a little inconvenient to get around..have to take taxi everywhere of which there really is nowhere to go except the mall...when taking taxi tell him to use meter otherwise theyre going to charge a lot more..that goes for the airport taxi to/from hotel..they say 800pesos when its a lot less on meter...otherwise hotel is comfortable.

アメニティは全く無し。手洗い石鹸とシャンプー&ボディーウォッシュ兼用ポンプがあるのみ。女性にはかなりキツイと思う。 タオルもゴワゴワ使い古し感。 プールは汚くて入る気はしない。 でもこれが当たり前なのかも。 ホテルの価格が高騰しているので数年前ののフィリピンホテルのレベルを知っている人は費用対効果は悪いと感じるのかな⁇ 泊まる場所があるだけありがたいと考える。

Another great stay...
As usual we had a good stay, though this time in an older room (116) that could use a bit of a face lift. We finished up with our in-town business early and got to the hotel 2 hours before check in. Pleasant staff set us up with a room immediately at no additional charge. Towels were missing from the bathroom but were brought to the room within 3 minutes. I can never get all the TV remotes figured out but a stay member was there to help within 2 minutes of my request. Staff always very attentive and efficient. Great hotel and we are staying again next week.

Another great stay!!!
Another great stay at the Circle Inn. We have to come to Bacolod 6-8 times a year for business-related matters and to renew my visa and we always stay at Circle Inn. Since we live in the province, 3 hours by bus ride away, when I fly into Bacolod I always spend at least one night at Circle Inn before heading home. Great staff, very clean rooms with tasteful decor, good WiFi and TV, comfortable bed. In-house restaurant is good and the hotel is a short taxi ride from all the shopping malls that you'd need to visit. Monsterific convenience store is just across the parking lot for snacks, drinks, etc. Quiet location with a very nice swimming pool and an indoor koi pond. Exceptional value.

The price is good. The building is quite old so cleaning is not easy. We know the cleaning can not cover its age. The room is spacious for the price we pay. The restaurant is sufficient to serve its guests.

Fantastic hotel....
As always our stay at Circle Inn was great. It's our "go to" hotel in Bacolod and I/we are in Bacolod 7-8 times a year to take care of business and always stay at Circle Inn. Great staff, very welcoming. Spotless, sparkling clean rooms, decent in-house restaurant, fantastic swimming pool and an indoor pond with koi if you just want a few reflective moments. Always quiet, yet a short taxi ride to shopping malls and a Monsterific convenience store just across the parking lot. Incidentally, a great Korean restaurant on Lacson Ave. is a short (maybe 7 minute) taxi ride away. Great value and a great hotel that never disappoints. I spend a lot of time traveling in Asia and this remains one of my favorite places to stay. Quiet, peaceful, serene. Probably the best hotel in Bacolod, and I've stayed in a lot of them.

Not a good location. Not much in walking distance. The breakfast buffet was average. All of the meat in the breakfast buffet was cold. Not much of a selection of food in the breakfast buffet. The room was very nice however and the staff were very friendly.

Nice bed and sheets
Bedsheets were very nice. I had a very comfortable sleep. Towels were kinda thin and old, but the cleaning lady changed them everyday. There was no complimentary water in the room but calling room service resulted with a quick delivery of a pitcher of cold water. No hair dryer in the room but again, housekeeping quickly brought one upon request. There is a convenience store right next to the hotel. Staff very helpful.
