What really impressed me about the hotel was the extra details everywhere to make it really welcoming and easy for families. "Food at the Inn arrived incorrectly, and tasteless. It was removed from the bill.
When we entered our room the toilet seat almost fell off when moved. The heater in the room was broken.
We used the hotel pool facility. The changing rooms were dirty.
Dirty nappies in the swimsuit dryer.
Sauna out of order. Broken drains on the jacuzzi.
When the bubbles were on in the jacuzzi the water smelled stale and unclean.

"We had a deluxe room with a patio. The room was large, but very dated and with stains and scuffs throughout. The patio was private (we weren't aware of that) so our bedroom opens up directly onto a shared patio which meant we couldnt have our curtains open to admire the view. The coffee machine was missing from our room as well.
The spa was nice, but very small. It was overcrowded when we went with people queuing inside the spa for beds / steam room, and also queuing to access the spa.
