"Great staff and good service. Lots of pools but the spa was lacking in ambiance and there were issues with spa area (super slippery floors, pool is far from the spa and saunas). Lots of pools all over the property but there were no hot tubs and we were hoping for warmer water in pools considering ..."

"First floor bathrooms completely updated, second floor bathrooms not. Last time I gave property 5stars, this time 4stars as first floor bedrooms are better. Still recommend property and will come back"
