Les plus : vivre au sein d’un village Vietnamien avec les locaux tout autour et les animaux partout. Le personnel est gentil et serviable. Le petit déjeuner est correct. L’hôtel est bien placé. Je recommande fortement la location d’un scooter pour visiter. C’est génial. La vie est très belle. Les moins ; les murs sont très fins et on entend absolument tous les bruits des voisins. Les chiens et coqs qui vous tiennent réveillés toute la nuit, on n’a pas dormi. Il vaut plutôt un 2 et au mieux 3 étoiles.

We had a wonderful stay at Hanasa Pu Luong - it's a beautiful property in a great location for exploring the area on foot or bike. The staff members are all so welcoming and hospitable, and helped us to arrange a tour and transportation which was much appreciated! Our room was beautiful, with a private pool overlooking the rice paddies. It was such a relaxing, serene hotel and I would recommend to anyone who is planning to visit Pu Luong!

This was by far one of the best stays in Vietnam. The lokation in Puluong is very peaceful and beautiful. The room has everything you need. We had a nice room with our own pool. The cleaning is good. The breakfast is very tasteful and dinner also. We would highly recommend their stir-fried noodles with beef! The staff is VERY friendly and helpful. We would highly recommend a stay at Hanasa Puluong Resort!

My stay at Hasana Pu Luong was absolute perfection. The bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable, The hot water and Wi-Fi worked perfectly. Note for late sleepers: the curtains are light to keep the room airy, so bring a sleeping mask if you're sensitive to the morning sun! ​The staff is adorable and super helpful, even with long-distance transfers, and their communication via WhatsApp is top-notch. The restaurant also has a great, extensive menu. The infinity pool is spotless, and the view is breathtaking—even in the rain, the valley looks magical and mystical. A true haven of peace!

This hotel calls itself a 5-star, but it’s nothing of the sort. The only good thing was the view from the room. The breakfast and hotel service were absolutely terrible. Since there aren’t any cafes nearby, even if the breakfast isn’t good, you can’t go out to eat. The coffee served at breakfast was sour and had white particles floating in it. The crepes were cold, and for the two of us, they served only four small rolls. The previous day’s breakfast had been two plates of crepes per person, so the portions vary significantly from day to day. The room was okay, but at first, no hot water came out. When I checked with the front desk, they told me to let the water run for longer, but even after doing as instructed, nothing happened. Then, suddenly, a staff member came to the room and flipped a switch. It seems that switch was for the hot water. Important things should be explained right from the start. Furthermore, when I pointed out that the refrigerator wasn’t cold enough, the staff member simply agreed with a “You’re right!” and left the room without taking any action. Also, a mysterious bag had been left behind in the room—house keeper had forgotten to throw it away. The hotel staff spend their time napping on the lobby on sofas or relaxing while using with their cell phones. This was the first time I’d seen staff behaving that way in a hotel lobby during my travels in Vietnam.

The view was amazing, and the property was beautiful. It was a relaxing oasis in a small village over looking rice fields and mountains. It was the perfect getaway to enjoy an authentic experience

Très bel hôtel

Nous avons passé une très belle nuit, dans une chambre très propre et confortable avec piscine intérieure. Un personnel toujours souriant et prévenant et toujours prêt à tout pour que notre séjour se passe au mieux. Les deux repas que nous avons pris à l’hôtel étaient copieux et surtout délicieux.

Wow I don’t know how to even put into words how amazing our stay was. The entire staff was beyond accommodating and attentive. They reached out weeks even before our trip to ensure we had proper transportation there as it is a massive commute. Once we got close they reached back out about ensuring we would have a dinner of our choosing ready for us. The room was exactly like the photos and incredibly clean. We woke up to a stunning view every morning and the breakfast included was phenomenal. We rented motor bikes on site to drive into the villages (which I highly recommend) and found some amazing spas and local cuisine. Huge shoutout to Nhung who was so wonderful to chat to at dinner about local customs and history. While there are other resorts in the area that are also nice, we will 1000% be coming back and recommending Hanasa Pu Luong Resort again!

We loved this resort,and the people were amazing. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it, and I absolutely would return. The owners are new, and bend over backwards to ensure that you enjoy your stay. The area is stunningly beautiful, and the village restaurants and bars (just a short stroll up the road) are staffed with warm and welcoming people. However, there are several inaccuracies in the description of the resort on expedia. We attribute this to a misunderstanding/confusion in translation from Vietnamese to English. First; there is only one shared swimming pool at the resort, and it adjoins the restaurant. There are three rooms available with private, outdoor pools, but they are not for the general use of all guests. There is not an indoor pool; there are rooms with a large indoor bathtubs. There is not a public, indoor swimming pool. There is no games room with billiard and ping pong tables, or at least not that we discovered. When we asked, we were told no. There is no outdoor firepit, or BBQ grill; not one for guest use, and again, we were told "no" when we asked. There is a laundry service available, but no machines available for private, guest use. There is no gym. There are no outdoor chairs at the swimming pool, other than the restaurant furniture...so no sun loungers or unbrellas at the pool. There is no outdoor furniture on the room balconies. The hydro seems to go out regularly, and there isn't a backup generator.
