The home is all on one level with lots of room for a big group. The manager Danielle was very responsive and everything was as advertised."

"We visit Durango often and decided to stay on the south side instead of north side like normal. We were pleasantly surprised. The view of the river, the easy trip into town where are amazing. Everything was thought of with porch, grill, firepit, hot tub and so much more. We would for sure stay here again."

Found the house easily and felt right at home. It's very spacious. For the first time in our trip, the two teenagers had a room for themselves.
