"We recently stayed at Longs Inn in Woburn for one night and, unfortunately, were quite disappointed. The property is in need of some updating and, overall, we found it looked tired, outdated and rather scruffy. Our bedroom had clearly been dusted and hoovered, and the bed itself was comfortable, but the furniture was very old and the room generally felt like it needed some investment. "Lovely hotel/restaurant. Super room with nice amenities. Food was great and staff very friendly and helpful"

"The Railway Inn is a small hotel, over a pub that closes reasonably early and literally next to the train lines. The barkeep is also the hotel staff and the breakfast cook. She is terrific and lively. My room was on the second floor - spacious with two excellent twin beds, comfortable bedding and kettle, cookies, etc. They would like entry by 22.00 which I did not see in the ad, so I arrived later and she directed me to reach my room, which she had left open. "A great place to take a break along the way, enjoy the restaurant and its great staff, and really close to the city of Oxford."

"The room was large, bright and clean with the added bonus of a fan. Staff were polite and helpful. Evening meal was superb. If we are in Harpenden again we will definitely stay here again."

"Habitaciones perfectamente limpias.
